I love my car I found a yellow Scion TC I wanted, called to inquire about it and spoke to Tina who was extremely professional and friendly. I went to the dealership to test drive it with my mom and was greeted by Sam Guindi. Sure the sun was down and it was getting late, but that didn't dampen Sam's service. Unfortunately I couldn't test drive the yellow TC because it had a stick shift, but then Sam introduced me to the same car in a different color and I fell in LOVE. Sam showed me some of the basics about the car, like adjusting the seating and the power it gives if you press the accelerator a little more. New Car Purchase I was very unhappy with the 2015 Acura RDX that was sold to me over one year ago. The vehicle problems included: - The heating and air conditioni I was very unhappy with the 2015 Acura RDX that was sold to me over one year ago. The vehicle problems included: - The heating and air conditioning system was not working properly. - The head lights were extremely dim and didn't light up the road well. - The vehicle did not have a trunk release inside of the car. - The suspension was very tight and every bump in the road could be felt. - The breaks made a squeaking noise constantly. - I brought the car to the dealer several times and was told this was normal and inherent features of the 2015 RDX. I met with Mike G and David Klein to purchase my new vehicle. They were very professional and helpful. They sold a new 2016 Acura RDX to me and traded in my 2015. I believe that I should not have had to purchase a new car within one year because Acura manufactured a lemon vehicle, the 2015 RDX. I lost time and money on the original purchase which wasn't fair. Again, Mike and David provided outstanding service. It would have been helpful if they worked with me originally in 2015 so I didn't have this experience. Great transaction for a Certified Pre-owned car I came to Bridgewater Acura wanting to purchase an SUV and decided on the RDX. I was greeted by Mike Dibenedetto within a few minutes of coming in dur I came to Bridgewater Acura wanting to purchase an SUV and decided on the RDX. I was greeted by Mike Dibenedetto within a few minutes of coming in during the weekend without an appointment, which was great. Mike took the time to explain the models, and let me test drive one immediately. He was very patient with all my questions as I like to be thorough. We discussed my purchasing options and during that visit I didn't buy the car and felt no pressure to do so. It was a very pleasant experience even though we couldn’t get to a deal on the first car. Mike kept in touch so we could find a car in my price point. I came back a week later to look at another vehicle. Mike again was very patient with my questions and during the test drive. We negotiated a deal and I took the car home that day. We did go back and forth a bit, but in the end I got a good/fair deal. I would have loved a super deal, but you are working with a dealer and certified cars still under warranty. In the end Mike and the team were knowledgeable, patient, respectful and professional. Purchase took a little while so leave enough time. Mike then helped setup my Bluetooth, XM and all the features of the car again. All in all, the experience went very very well. I would definitely recommend going to them! Also, Bridgewater Acura really has the best stock on Acura Certified Pre-owned cars in the area. And if they don't have one that day, the might have more later, so if you know what you want, let them know! Thanks so much. More
