David was a great help in selecting the perfect vehicle; offered fantastic customer support and guidance throughout the entire process. He was both very easy to work with, and never pressured the sale of any of the cars we were considering which definitely made the entire experience all the more pleasant. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone, but more importantly would recommend Dave as he will truly take care of you throughout the entire process. More

Before I even stepped foot in the dealership I was in contact with a representative days before who was providing me with all the information I could possibly need on the Volkswagen I was looking at! After visiting and seeing the car I was interested in I realized he who was helping me over the phone was Murad Stokes. We ended up buying the car from Murad and he was so unbelivably helpful and knowledgable throughout the whole process. Nobody enjoys the hours it takes to purchase a new car but Murad made it enjoyable. Overall I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. More

Years ago, I endured an unpleasant "hard sell" approach during the purchase of my first vehicle in another state, so I had prepared myself to face the same here. In fact, our experience was quite the opposite. Dave was easy to work with, and we never felt that we were under pressure to purchase a vehicle or additional options. We were in and out with a new (used) car in about 3-4 hours or so, which included a test drive and about 45 minutes on the phone with my insurance company (which was the worst part of the experience and had nothing to do with this dealership). We did come in with a specific vehicle in mind, so I guess we didn't really need to be sold per se, as we more or less knew we would purchase it as long as the test drive went well. Also, we traded in our old car - we didn't receive much for it, but it is about what I was expecting as it was an old beater. My wife and I both agreed that it was a fairly painless process, which changes my outlook on car buying for the future. We also came in with a very competitive financing rate from my bank - they offered to see if they could beat it, which I assumed that they would not be able to do. To our surprise, they were able to match (and actually very slightly beat) the interest rate, so we went with their financing. As I said, overall a smooth process. I would recommend this dealer based on our experience there. More

Great Service. No Hassle I brought my MDX in for service on a Wednesday. While there I met Murad and had a conversation about some of the newer MDXes on the lot. Even while knowing I wasn't planning to purchase a vehicle that day and there was no guarantee for a future sale, Murad walked me around the entire site to show me all vehicles in which I might have interest. Two days later I went back with the intention to buy. Since Murad was in the process of delivering a vehicle, management encouraged me to work with Sam. He had the vehicle of interest brought to me right away. He gave me all the time I needed to look over and drive the MDX. He wasn't pushy. He read me well and let me do what I wanted to do, interjecting only when necessary. When the decision was reached to make the deal, negotiation was simple and the dealership gave a fair offer for my MDX. Murad and Sam have both followed up to make sure the vehicle is performing well and to answer any questions. They continue to be a pleasure to work with, and I recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used Acura to work with them. More

Between Sam and Mike D we hammered out a fair deal and Ryan Vanhara did a great job getting me financing and explaining what all the additional services offered were. I wasn't rushed and actually finished up an hour after they closed! I will always come back to Bridgewater Acura. More

This dealership wants to sell cars but MORE importantly wants its customers to be HAPPY and SATISFIED. Peter our salesman and Daniel Lasko, the Used Car Manager, helped us decide on the used Certified 2013 Acura RDX that was perfect for us. They gave us a good trade in price on our 10 year old MDX whose motor suddenly died. We had been to other dealerships and had been met with indifference, rudeness, and treated as though we were doing the other dealerships a favor by being there! We highly recommend Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Acura and will definitely return to purchase our next car or SUV. More

Because of that, we were able to make our selection and complete the deal to buy a new Acura in just a few hours. We went there in the morning, test drove 2 models, and by 3 pm, we had handed over our old car and drove out with a new one. This is our second car from this dealership and we like the people here. A special moment was when elder Mr. Vince stopped by to talk to us and shook our hands. My one suggestion to Dominick and other sales people is to inquire with their customers if they would like some extra help (demonstration) of the changed features in the new car. I am still having trouble learning to use all the controls. More
