Bill Vince Acura is agressive in trying to earn your business. I just leased my second straight acura tl and both times, the price could not be beat elsewhere. I would happily refer anyone looking for business. I just leased my second straight acura tl and both times, the price could not be beat elsewhere. I would happily refer anyone looking for an acura to go to bill vince (bridgewater acura). I had personal dealings with dan w. from the internet department. He was responsive to all of my questions and her personifies the experience I had with eveyone i came into contact with at the dealership. He was professional and alwys honest in getting me the best price for the car. While he obviously workds for the dealer, I felt like he worked for me in trying to get me the best price. I also had personal dealings with Sasha in the sales department. He procesed all paperwork expeditiously and was also professionalism personified. He also took me piece by piece through the tech (and non tech) aspects of the car. It is loaded with features which is daunting, but he patiently talked me through and made clear he could be contacted at any time with any questions. Without a doubt, this dealership gets a thumbs up. It's personnel, like Dan and Sasha are the reason. More
This is a dealer you want tell people about! You can just tell when you meet good, honest people who treat you with respect. It makes the entire car buying experience...easy, effortless, stress-free. This w tell when you meet good, honest people who treat you with respect. It makes the entire car buying experience...easy, effortless, stress-free. This was my experience at Bridge Water Acura... I purchased a 2005 MDX elsewhere and serviced it at BWA for the last 3 years. Service was top notch. I met Michael Lasko and Sam Guindi when I purchased a 2007 TSX for my mom in June of 2010. Got her a great price with exceptional Svc! The Finance Managers are excellent too, helpful, not pushy at all! The whole process was ridiculously easy. About a month later in the blazing heat we had, one of her seats had split. With one call they sent a guy to her house the next day to repair it, she lives 40 miles away from Bridgewater! They make sure that every car that leaves their lot looks its best. They take a lot of Pride in their business. I just traded my 05 MDX for an 07 CPO MDX on a busy Saturday. I had visited a few other dealers in the area, completely different experience. Again, Michael and his team made it easy. Absolutely no stress, no back and forth, no BS. I didn't even have any of my loan info with me, they did it all. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and a great deal on the one I drove home, with minimal negotiating. I just told them what I wanted, what I could do, and they delivered. Once we started they made me feel like there was never a doubt that the deal wasn't going to go through. I had a few special requests and they accommodated every one of them. Got there at noon with no appointment, looked around at the cars, took a long test drive while they evaluated my trade, and drove off in my 07 CPO'd MDX by 4pm. They detailed the car, to original perfection... And I consider myself "car crazy". It didn't even look like the same car I test drove. It looked new! Finally, when I got home and drove the car in the evening, I noticed that the windshield had a million fine scratches and scuffs in it, making it very blurry and difficult to see. You couldn't see this during the day, but at night it was very pronounced. I emailed Micheal the next day and asked if he knew anyone who could get these fine scratches out, his reply was a quick, "Bring it in and I'll replace it". I buy cars every 3-4 years and as long as I'm in NJ, I will never go anywhere else. More
I initially went to Bridgewater Acura to have my 98 Acura TL serviced. While I waited, I decided to go to the showroom since my car (the one in for service) is quite old. I immediately see a nice TL and a li TL serviced. While I waited, I decided to go to the showroom since my car (the one in for service) is quite old. I immediately see a nice TL and a little while later was approached by Ryan VanHara. Keep in mind, I had no intentions on purchasing a car for another 6 months. Anyway,we talked about the car and he asked me some questions that peeked my interest about making a purchase. I told him exactly what I would need in order to make a purchase. I was thinking that he would not be able to make me a deal sweet enough to make a purchase now. Well he did. I could not walk away. Ryan was great he got me everything I wanted at the price that I was willing to pay. At other dealerships, I have had the pressure sale and I've also been completely ignored. I had a great experience at Bridgewater Acura as a result of Ryan's great salemanship. In addition, Illeana in the service dept was very nice and helpful. The service (Sales and Service) at Bridgewater Acura are top notch and that is why I stay loyal to this dealership. More

If you would like a great experience I would recommend any of the following salesmen & mgrs: Dan Wang(Internet Sales), Sasha Belous(Salesman), Mike Lasko(Sale Mgr) and Bryan Hansen(Finance Mgr). Dan and Sasha made our view of Bridgewater Acura turn around. We had a bad experience the day before(with another salemen at this dealership)and if it weren't for Dan and Sasha there would be no way that I would recommend or even go back. I purchaed a certified 2008 MDX and the car is clean and it was very well explained. Dan and Sasha answered any questions that I had. This dealership has a great amount of vehicles to choose from. Having had a very bad experience in the past at an Acura dealership, I was hesitant to return to Acura. I am glad I did. The two salesmen, Sam and Sascha, I dealt with were both very helpful. Jeff Kasole dealership, I was hesitant to return to Acura. I am glad I did. The two salesmen, Sam and Sascha, I dealt with were both very helpful. Jeff Kasole, I believe a sales manager, was fantastic. While i am not a fan of the entire car buying "game" anywhere, these gentlemen at Bill Vince's Acura of Bridgewater made it a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, follow up calls from the GM and service department have been nice. More
Over the years, I have come to abhor the experience of car shopping and dread what I consider to be overly aggressive sales consultants, lack of sincerity, and deceptive practices, one encounters when loo car shopping and dread what I consider to be overly aggressive sales consultants, lack of sincerity, and deceptive practices, one encounters when looking for a car. From the first day I walked onto the Bridgewater Acura dealership, my initial perceptions began to fade when I was approached by sales consultant, Mr. Ryan VanHara, as my daughter and I began our search for a certified Acura. Mr. Vanhara listened to what I was looking for in a certified vehicle and understood that I was particularly concerned about reliability and safety since the car was to be driven by my daughter. I did not make a purchase that day but rather, continued my search both on other lots and online. Despite these other searches, I felt drawn to Bridgewater Acura because of our initial meeting with Mr. VanHara and the stellar reputation of Acura vehicles. Subsequent to our first visit, Mr. VanHara telephoned me numerous times not in a badgering manner, but simply to touch base and alert me to cars I might want to consider. My daughter and I must have visited Bridgewater Acura approximately ten times in a two month period trying to find the "perfect car" for her and the best deal for me. Despite our numerous visits and what some might say was an inordinate use of our sales consultant's time, Mr. VanHara never lost patience and seemed truly interested in helping us. Finally on September 10th, 2010, we purchased a 2007 Acura TSX at a price I believed to be extremely good due to last minute concessions made by Sales Manager, Mr. Michael Lasko. Although there was a slight problem regarding the number of keys I was given at the time of purchase, this matter was immediately rectified. My daughter is thrilled with her car and I am thoroughly pleased with our experience at Bridgewater Acura. Hopefully, the high quality of service we received to date will continue in any future interactions we have with this dealer. More
I've had my car for about 2 weeks now and I must say, we were meant to be. Thanks to Mr. Ryan Vanhara, who is seemed very professional and knowledgeable about what they had to offer. He was very friendly, patient and actually cared about my needs and wants when purchasing this vehicle. Even after purchasing the vehicle he was there to help answer the many questions that I had come across with the vehicle and had an answer for me every time. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends and family members because of the great experience I've had. I hope that in the years to come when it's time for another vehicle I can still come back to see him. As far as the service department, they were very helpful and did things in a neat orderly fashion. As a whole, my experience was great and I would advise that if you are looking for a used or new Acura, Bridgewater Acura is the way to go. More
First let me say, I have never written a review before, but I felt that this new car experience was definately worthy of dealer praise. After much looking for a new lease vehicle we decided on the MDX. I t but I felt that this new car experience was definately worthy of dealer praise. After much looking for a new lease vehicle we decided on the MDX. I turned in a cadillac and we liked what the MDX had to offer. I had been speaking with a few Acura dealers who either wanted me to come to the dealership to "talk" or didn't have the car I wanted. I didn't have time to waste going around to dealers. Frustrated by the games some other dealers played, I contacted John in the internet sales dept. as a last resort, I told him exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and in just 2 calls we agreed on an price and a pickup date. I went to the dealer to sign the papers that afternoon and met with Dan Wang my sales consultant, who would take me through the rest of the process. I was concerned because although we had agreed on a price, they didn't have my first color choice, they had my second but not the first. To my suprise Dan went out of his way to locate the color car and have it ready for me as promised. I really could not believe it. This was the easiest purchase ever, no pressure and they actually got me the car I wanted! I would definately recommend this dealer. More
Dealerships can promise the world during a sales pitch or a negotiation process. None of what they say really matters. What matters is when the rubber meets the road....no pun intended...and you need them. a negotiation process. None of what they say really matters. What matters is when the rubber meets the road....no pun intended...and you need them. I have a 2001 MDX with 170k miles and a 2005 MDX with 120k miles. The Bridgewater Acura service team has worked with me for years, providing outstanding hospitality, flexibility and commitment to me as a customer. With the demands of my career, I always need a loaner. It's never a problem for Tom Foster or Brian to find one for me and accommodate my schedule. Last week I bought yet another MDX. My husband wanted me to look at Mercedes and BMW and Audi wagons. But after 34 years of driving and experiencing other dealerships through his BMWs and Audis...I said, "No thanks. I want Tom and his team to continue to be my road warrior partners." Bridgewater Acura's service department is stellar and Tom's no-nonsense, no-BS, calm demeanor is a true asset when a harried, 50 year old working mother has an issue. ;-) I recommend them highly. More
