I had visited another Acura dealer close to my home in Princeton NJ and was not treated as a thinking human being. How can a dealership just put a number down on a piece of paper and think someone would a Princeton NJ and was not treated as a thinking human being. How can a dealership just put a number down on a piece of paper and think someone would actually just say yes? I was not happy not to mention how my time was wasted with BS talk about what they were doing for me...HA... I then called Bill Vinces acura and explained my disappointment. I spoke with AJ and was given time, patience and courtesy not to mention complete honesty. I realize any deal made at any car dealership is about the deal you perceive to be good...but i do feel that all was disclosed to me and I felt like i mattered as a person looking to lease a vehicle. This is my third Acura TL. If the princeton people were smart they should look into the "sales pitch" and put in the "Human pitch/touch" instead. I was a drop sale! I went in looking to lease. I am so very pleased with Bill Vinces Acura. I also had the please of meeting the general manager as well as the sales manager. I introduced myself to them and they too were very accommodating. I will recommend this dealership and i look forward to a good relationship in the future. Thank you AJ. You were a pleasure! More

Our salesperson, Sasha, was amazing throughout the entire process!!! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest and, more importantly, very in tune with our needs. It was clear from the very beginning that Sasha was going to do everything in his power to ensure that we were 100% satisfied (and excited) about our purchase. And he didn't disappoint--not one bit. In our experience, receiving such individualized attention from a salesperson is quite uncommon: Sasha and Bridgewater Acura, in our humble opinion, stand in a league of their own. Also, given the level of honesty and integrity at Bridgewater Acura, the paperwork and finance process was as painless as we could have hoped for. The level of professionalism at this establishment is top notch. I test drove a TL w/Dave English in November; he was knowledgeable and friendly. Last week, I returned to the dealership to test drive a TSX, which I eventually bought. Entering a car dealership has always been a stressful experience for me and my #1 dislike of things to do, because of the games and tricks often played. Sasha was a refreshing and surprising change in my experience car shopping. He was friendly, polite, straight- forward, sincere and treated us with respect. I trusted him because he did not play a game and that was the most important part to me. Therefore,I trusted his advice and his deal and is what made us come back to the dealership. He was mindful of our financial means and worked hard to make the deal work for us and to be satisfied with the price so we could purchase it. I have been looking for a great used Accua TSX or TL and I found one on there website. I called and spoke with a guy named Jeff. I let him know that I was from Rhode Island and that I was very interested I found one on there website. I called and spoke with a guy named Jeff. I let him know that I was from Rhode Island and that I was very interested in one of his cars. He gave me such a good deal that I traveled from RI to NJ to make the deal. The guy that I went to for the financing was also great. All the staff that I had to deal with were all fantastic. I will go definitely go back when I'm ready to trade it in for a new one!! Why cant they open one up in RI?!?!?! More
