Just got my third car from this dealer (and the same salesperson) in the last six years. They listen to you and make suggestions that meet your needs, and offer pretty good prices as well. Paul is a great sales guy - responsive, respectful and honest. Also want to share my experience with Ed in F&I - who said they would send me a check within two weeks for the last payment on a lease they helped me get out of. I had pretty strong preconceived notions about how guys in the finance department at dealerships operate, and was expecting to see the check in 3-4 weeks. Boy, was I wrong. The check arrived in the mail in three days! That's right - three days instead of 14. Who'd-a-thunk-it? I commend the ownership and staff of this dealership for their high levels of service and professionalism, and will surely be recommending them to friends. I just hope that by the time I go there next, they have replaced their coffee machine...because the beverage it currently vends cannot be called coffee by any stretch of the imagination :-) More
