I went into the dealership and was treated like an actual customer. They did all the work for me. I started in the Internet Department where Jewell took the time to explain to me the difference between all o customer. They did all the work for me. I started in the Internet Department where Jewell took the time to explain to me the difference between all of the vehicle packages, what colors were in stock, when I could take a test drive, and how to apply for financing. When I came into the dealership I was then introduced to Eddie who sat down with me and went into even further detail about the vehicle put me into a test drive, they did this knowing that I was not going to make a purchase the same day. A couple of days later when I did make a final decision to purchase a 2012 Acura TL they worked out a price that I could not refuse. They then set up a time for me to come in and go directely into the finance department where I met with Bryan Hansen. Bryan had all of my paperwork ready for me before I even walked into the building so that once I was there all I had to do was sign the paperwork and get ready to leave. Once I signed all of the paperwork and was ready to leave all three of them then walked me out to my vehicle helped me move over all of my belongings, showed more of the features, set up my bluetooth phone and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I have bought many cars and never liked the experiences that I have had. The sales team at Bridgewater Acura made me feel like I was a famil member not a stranger.Even the General Manager Mike Galietta came out and asked was I being treated well and was there anyhting that he could do to help. The Sales Managers Mike Lasko and Jeff Casole made sure to come out and at least say hello. I was treated like I was an owner. I will only be buying my vehicles in the future from the team at Bridgeeater Acura. I would especially recommend Jewell, Eddie, and Bryan who worked great together and made my experience the best I ever had. Everyone was great from the time my wife & I walked in until the time we left. He worked vary hard to get the deal done. He even came in on his day off to work with me. I purchased my MDX new in 2007. It was an excellent purchasing experience. I been bringing my MDX to them for service on a regular basis since the purchase. The sales rep and the financial rep were amazing...very helpful and easy to work with. The General Manager Mike Gallieta was rude and yelled at us for a conflict we had about a pricing issue at the end, so helpful and easy to work with. From the start Mrs.Tina Stanislawczk called me back after a brief Email and was verry knowledgeable and personable to me with my buying experience. Then i met Sasha who was a gentleman from the start to the finish no gimmicks or games.We worked out a great price for my trade in Vehicle and on the 2006 JEEP SRT8 thst i was interested in. I was then introduced to Mr.Michael Lasko the sales manager who made me feel verry comfortable with the purchase and spent time with me even though the dealership was bustling with other customers i felt like i was the only one. Then my last step was with Mr.Edward A.Simo who is the business manager. He made me relax and feel good about my purchace,their were no hidden fees and he didnt pressure me into buying alot of extras that i did not need.The above employees went above and beyond and i highly recomend the team at Bridgewater Acura More

Rick displayed the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. He did not make us wait too long between conversations with his manager. Rick listened to our needs and worked with us. I went to Bridgewater Acura due to their sizable inventory of used sports cars. I was very impressed with the experience and I would certainly recommend the dealership to others. I was helped mainly by Chris Chiusolo and later with Rick Verso who were friendly and great to deal with. Chris is enthusiastic and knows more about cars than most anybody I have ever met. More
