Chris Chiusolo assisted with the delivery of my car, and he too was knowledgeable, over-the-top friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Finally, we dealt with Kerry Donohue and Ed Simo who finalized all the financing/paperwork. Both were accommodating and demonstrated tremendous expertise and courtesy. Eddie McGeehan was gave me updates each week of the cars available at his dealership as the first visit we didn't find a car in our price range on the first visit. He followed up until he found the right car for us. He was never pushy but persistent. He found us a great car with a reasonable price and the overall experience was very good although it took all afternoon. We would recommend this dealer out of the 10 or 12 we visited in the past couple of months. Peter More

I put in my request for information on new vehicles on their website and within 20 minutes Jewell Anderson the person in charge of E-Commerce for Bridgewater Acura called me. He was very open and informed me that he was in charge of E-Commerce and IT for the dealership and that he was just working in Internet that day to help a co-worker that had the day off. He was very upfront answered all of my questions and for the one's that he couldn't answer he actually took the time to go and find out the answer and called me right back. So I agreed that I would take the time to come into the dealership. When I got there I noticied that even though the building was under construction they still had the customer's in mind. I was shocked when the General Sales Manager Jeff Casole took the time to sit with me right away instead of making me wait for hours. Once we agreed on a price our next place was the Finance Office where Ed Simo sat with me for almost an 2 hours explaining to me all of the different options, warranty's, and payments. Then before I left Jewell came back with Jeff and helped me get my new car, set up the bluetooth, made sure I knew the basics on my MDX, and even helped me move some of stuff. I loved the experience so much that my wife just went and purchased a TSX from them last week as well. Thank You Jewell, Jeff, and Ed for making it easy for me to get a new MDX. Jason Adams More
My husband company had recently purchased a new MDX from Bridgewater Acura. I was also was looking for a small car to replace my old one. Since my husband had already established a relationship with Jewell Anderson the E-Commerce Rep for Bridgewater Acura I called him directly. I told him who I was, what I was looking for and what my budget was. He even took the time to look at the dealerships inventory and told me exactely what colors and options he had in stock. When I got there he introduced me to both Sam Guidi, and Kerry Donohue. I was treated like royalty by Sam who spent over an hour with me explaining me the different options on the TSX. The first time that I drove it I was in love. The car handled like a dream and it was so me. Kerry Donohue came back out to see me after I had talked to Sam where we ironed out all of the pricing. Bryan Hansen was the Finance Manager who also spent well over an hour explaining to me what options my husband's vehicle had and what he recommended for me. He told that he could sell me all of the same things that my husband had purchased but because I was driving less miles and not as far he recommended much less. All of them were very professional. This is pur second time working with Jewell Anderson and the team at Bridgewater but overall I was very impressed. Jewell sat with me at his desk and even showed me a new program that the dealership was using to schedule appiontments while we were waiting for my new TSX to finish getting cleaned. I would and will recomemend Bridgewater Acura especially Jewell and Bryan. Tammy More
Me and my wife decided to buy a certified used vehicle, which the dealership had one of. I called ahead to see if the vehicle was still available. When I called, I was redirected to Ryan who seemed very which the dealership had one of. I called ahead to see if the vehicle was still available. When I called, I was redirected to Ryan who seemed very nice and told me it was available. I had asked about financing offers and he said unfortunately he does not deal with that and he did not know. I figured I would find out more when I went in. A few days later the Manger, who I do not remember the name of called to make sure I was still interested. I was and I was also, so far. pleased with my interactions with the dealership. A co-worker also purchased multiple vehicles from them so I was looking forward to going in. We live very far away but I work in Bridgewater. My wife drove all the way over after work so we can see the vehicle. We went inside and was greeted by the front desk. We told her we where there to see Ryan. She paged him and we waited. Five minutes later as we where looking around, another salesman asked if we where being helped. We said we where waiting for Ryan. The front desk paged him again. Another 5 minutes later I went by the front desk and she said she will page him for the third time. About 2 minutes after that, Ryan finally shows up and begins to help. I ask him about the car that was being advertised and if we can see it. The first thing he says is that, he thinks it has been sold but he will look into it. He walks away and steps outside. We can see him the whole time through the window and he begins to talk to some other buyers. At this point I am ok with all this. I thought maybe he was finishing something up. For 5 to 7 minutes, he continues to laugh and joke around with his other customers. We where very tired and hungry and just wanted to see the car. 10 minutes after we had asked about the car he comes back and says its here. We go outside, he points to the car and we go look at it. We Walk back in and talk about price. I asked him again about any finance offers that may be available. He looks at the Acura site and says there are none. I point out that on his ad it says 1.9% and he tells me it is a typo or mistake or for the past holiday. All around the dealership there are signs about asking the dealer about special APR on certified vehicles. Anyway, he then tells me that he does not deal with that stuff and he only takes care of the deal and price. Never does he offer to find out from someone who does deal with it! We get up and walk away. At this point I am soured by the whole experience and rude behavior. He did not show us any courtesy. (I contacted another dealership the next day and they told be that there is a finance offer from Acura on certified vehicles for 1.9% APR.) All he had to do was ask someone and he would have had a sell that day. Since the writing of this review, they contacted me and I will update once everything is resolved. More
I originally went to Springfield Acura looking for a Certified Pre Owned TSX. Was not satisfied and actually became frustrated. Received help from Tina, Edward, Ryan and Mr. Matos. Everyone was super attentive and very helpful. Throughout the whole application process and information gathering, I told Ryan and Edward what I wanted and what my goal was, and they did their best to get me to that point. The whole staff did their part making sure my needs were met. I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership and I plan on maintaining my services with them as well. An overall frustrating experience became an enjoyable one once at this dealership and all thanks to the staff who not only cares about selling a car, but making the customer happy. More
