Bought a '11 MDX. Great buying experience. Very patient and willing to spend as much time you you as needed. Honestly answered all of our questions and was considerate of our time. Two hours from start to finish and we drove the car/truck home. We changed our plans at the last moment so I did not do my homework on the price and we paid a little more than we should have. Once it arrived, Tina immediately called us and my husband went up to see it--he purchased it then and there from Sasha. The truck was immaculately detailed inside, outside and under the hood which was a definite plus as my husband is a perfectionist regarding his vehicles. Original I was in the market for a Honda CRV. My wife did not like the pickup on the CRV so she and our daughter stop by this dealership to check on a certified used RDX. Joe Caccomo was very nice to them and showed them several cars. They found one they liked and began very cordial negotiations. No high pressure, very civilized. My wife want be to see the car. I went back the next day and closed the deal with Chris Chiusolo (Joe was away for few days). Chris got us through the purchase process and we drove off very satisfied.
