When I arrived on Saturday morning Tina greeted me and introduced me to Rick, who would be my sales rep. Rick was extremely thorough, very friendly and very knowledgeable. It felt like I had known for years after talking for just a few minutes. The entire transaction was as easy as could be. I sat with Brian in the finance department and concluded the purchase. The next day Brian called to tell me that after reviewing my loan, that he found a better deal he was able to save me over $3,000.00! What more can you ask for? More
Took my 2011 Acura TL for a routine maintenance and detail. Service was professional and courteous. I was looking for a used Chevy SSR in the NE area. Found a SSR at Bridgewater on Autotrader that had an excellent One Owner CarFax and appeared to be in great condition. What was good also is that Bridgewater provided a Free Carfax, this IMO is a plus to serious car buyers. I contacted the Internet Department at Bridgewater and Tina answered me very promptly and answered my questions as well as provided additional photos beyond those already posted on Autotrader. So my first "live" contact (Tina) with Bridgewater was excellent and set the stage for me to consider this SSR and visit the dealership on March 14. The first contact point for any customer is the most important interaction that often dicates whether the dealership will win the business. And Tina served Bridgewater well. My sales person was Mikhall Boltarets and he was very accomodating during the entire process. Meaning he was available to answer questions as well as provide info about the SSR. But, most importantly he saw that we wanted to inspect the SSR in and out before our test drive and we never felt any rush whatsoever. Additionally, Mikhall was very patient with me as I tend to ask a lot of questions and at times get quite detailed to gain a better understanding. Again he took whatever time was required to ensure my questions were answered. I also had the pleasure of meeting with the Pre-Owned Manager Michael Lasko. And Michael clearly sets the tone for his organization. As Michael displayed excellent people skills with high marks on respect and courtesy. Would I buy there again absolutely! More
I was searching online for a new car for some time now. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maketa. She was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. I went to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura to check out a 2009 TSX on 2/28. I met with a gentleman by the name of Mikhail. He was 100% honest & straight to the point which I respect. He very attentive and wasn't pushy at all. He showed me the car which a side from 2 flaws was immaculate. I was sketchy about the flaws because I am so anal, but he factored them into the pricing of the vehicle and threw in a few extras. As a consumer, I feel I got a great deal. I was there for no more than 1 1/2 hours total. I wish all transactions were so smooth! More
This is a great dealership with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They all work as a team and make sure that you remain in your comfort zone with no pressure tactics. Our most recent visit to Bill Vince Bridgewater Acura was to help our daughter with her first car lease. We have gotten 3 previous cars from this dealership and each time is was a great experience. We have dealt with Sam all 4 times and can't say enough about him. He is honest, trustworthy and not a "pressure" salesman - he really does let the car sell itself. When it came time for negotiations, Sam listened to what we wanted and presented all of our offers to the sales manager. We were able to get a great price on a new 2012 TSX for our daughter. She is very happy with her new car and now knows how to negotiate a car lease :-). Thank you Sam & Bridgewater Acura for another pleasant experience. Sam is the reason we keep coming back. More
I talked with the online sales rep about a Subaru Sti that I wanted to test drive. I called the day I was suppose to test drive to make sure the car was still available. She assured me that it was and I that I wanted to test drive. I called the day I was suppose to test drive to make sure the car was still available. She assured me that it was and I was welcome to come down and test drive it that day. I drove over an hour to the dealership. I waited approximately 10 minutes before someone came to help me. I spoke with the online rep and she was going to get a salesmen for me. When we came over to talk to me he informed me I could look at the car but I couldn't drive it, only he could. I asked why and he said because kids come in that want to test drive it without buying. They didn't want to budge so I left. I'm 22 years old looking to buy a Sti in cash and they didn't give me the time of day. Why would anyone that was going to spend 30+ on a car buy it without test driving it. I will never go back to this dealer again. More
