I did not have a pleasant experience with Bridgewater Acura. Perhaps what was most disconcerting was that Mr. Verso requested that I provide my driver's license and other personal information in order fo Acura. Perhaps what was most disconcerting was that Mr. Verso requested that I provide my driver's license and other personal information in order for him to help me research the car that I was looking for - and I had not even asked about a test drive! This was absolutely ridiculous and I was immediately put off by this request, especially since I have never been asked for this information from respectable dealers before. Furthermore, when I asked for a lease quote for the particular model I was interested in, I was given an egregiously high price compared to a comparable model from a competitor (Lexus). Lexus's MSRP for a comparably equipped vehicle (in fact, I would say the Lexus had a better package) was approximately $10K more expensive than Acura, yet the per month lease quote for the Acura was higher, even though the duration of the lease for both the cars were the same! It was absurd. I was given the excuse that the high quote was due to the fact that the cars are flying off of the lot but I thought that this was another ridiculous explanation that certainly did not hold any water. I didn't expect Bridgewater Acura to play the same games other dealers do, given the high ratings on this website. But this just goes to show that there are certainly exceptions; take the reviews on this site with a grain of salt and always visit the dealer for yourself in order to make your own judgment. Needless to say, I will not be buying from this dealer nor will I be recommending Bridgewater Acura to my friends. More
Contrary to some reviews here, my experience with Bill Vince Acura has been far from satisfactory. I purchased a preowned car in October 2011. During the process of making a decision and contemplating on the purchase, my wife and I sought more time at which their salesman (Lasko) almost yelled. We went ahead with the purchase because it was fitting in our budget. Buying a car is a big financial investment, especially for immigrants like me. A little help and courtesy from the sales executive goes a long way in establishing trust and future reference. However, that was definitely not the case here. The post sales service/communication has been way below par. My car required a service way sooner that you would expect. When I tried to reach out to the dealership, all I got was rude responses. I've written to Sr management (including Mr Bill Vince through his email id posted on the website) but no one cared to response. The only positive that I have is I now know where not to go for my next purchase. I'm a disappointed customer. More
I went into your dealerships service department looking for service on my brakes. Your prices were fairly consistent with what I had heard from other dealers. The service it self was fine and my tsx is rid for service on my brakes. Your prices were fairly consistent with what I had heard from other dealers. The service it self was fine and my tsx is riding very well but after that the service went very wrong when I approached the cashier. When I went to pay for my brakes the woman was extremely rude, made me wait without even acknowledging my existence and then told me my car was and I qoute "out there somewhere" this is insane. The service in this dealership has really taken a turn for the worse and from now on I will be taking my tsx to Open Road even though it is a much further drive for me. This is not what I expect when I pay out good money for service on an already fairly expensive vehicle. More
We called ahead of time and spoke with Tina about the car we where interested in. When we arrived the car was out front waiting. We were greeted by several sales associates at the door. Tina was notified that we had arrived and was promptly out to meet us. She directed us to Gene who handled or sale from there. Gene was very informative about the vehicle and was interested in helping us with any questions or concerns. He made sure we we completely satisfied with everything about the car. Our trade in allowance was very reasonable and the price we settled on we feel was a good value. The finance dept also did a great job in getting us approved at a great rate. The car had some minor blemishes on the bumpers and Gene made sure that the sale also included fixing those problems. When we went back to pick up the plates for the car they had made an appointment for the bumpers to be fixed an had a vehicle for us to use until the car was ready. The repair work on the bumpers was excellent, they look like they are new. Thanks to all that helped in our purchase of our Acura, we love it. More

We recommend Mikail very highly to anyone who need a very informative and trustworthy person.The process was seamless as we turned in our old car for a new one in the same day.Everyone we dealt with that day was extremely friendly and helpfull.I used to deal with another Acura dealership until I changed To Bill Vince in 2009. This is the best dealership experience I have ever had!!!!! More

This is the second time we have purchased an MDX from Bill Vince and the experience has been excellent in bothe instances. Bill Vince's bridgewater Acura is a fine dealorship to work with. All of the employees we interacted with, and in particular Sam Guindi, were more than willing to help us with our purchase. The MDX is a complex marvel of engineering design and it is a great help to your customers to have available such an excellent sales team. More

I came to Bridgewater Acura through a referral and spoke with Michael Lakso, and he gave me some options on how I can get out of my vehicle. He helped me every step of the way and managed to put me in a used, fully-loaded BEAUTIFUL Acura TSX, with the help of Ryan V, who was also great! I could not have been happier with my purchase!! The process of getting through all the paperwork was SEAMLESS! The entire team was so hospitable the entire time I was there. EASIEST car buying experience I've ever had! Will recommend again ten times over!! A++++++++++++++++++ More

I bought a used, 2008 s2000 from this dealer - drove almost a 1000 miles and I tell you it was worth it ! I had prearranged to meet Makeda -- as soon as I stepped into the dealership, the first person almost a 1000 miles and I tell you it was worth it ! I had prearranged to meet Makeda -- as soon as I stepped into the dealership, the first person who walked by stopped, acknowleged me, welcomed and escorted me to see Makeda..I knew right there, that I was in good hands. Makeda was awsome, she introduced me to Obie, who helped me from there --- took the test drive, loved the car. Obie went out of his way to assist me with the documentation that was required to import this car into Canada. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tina, who, like the others was just superb. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone, infact, I promised them, that the next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll drive down from Canada again to see them. More
