I have called and left two messages to get my car serviced and no one has called back! It has been a month. When I bought the TL the salesman said the service dept. is top knotch. The first day we dealt with Michael and he was friendly. He helped us pick out the car that we wanted and also showed us different types of options we can go with when you finance a car. Showed us different monthly prices when you add different amount of down payment. He had good knowledge about the car he was selling. He explained everything to us about financing Acura. He stayed in touch with us via email and telephone. The second time we dealt with Eddie, who was a very generous guy. He helped us out with all we needed and was really friendly. The car we wanted wasn't at the dealers, so we had to wait 5 days for the car to arrive at the dealers. That's because of long weekend. About the price I think we paid a little more than what we should have. But over all we were really happy with the car and service we got from Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura. More

The purchase of a vehicle is a serious financial decision that needs to be handled in a thorough manner. I had been checking the certified pre-owned Acura inventory for 2009 TL's and settled on two dealershi that needs to be handled in a thorough manner. I had been checking the certified pre-owned Acura inventory for 2009 TL's and settled on two dealerships. The initial Acura dealership I visited a salesman never came out to greet me and there was no desk/person on the dealer floor to speak with so, I left. I drove to Bill Vince Acura walked in and spoke to the woman at the front desk. She announced over the PA there was someone here to purchase a vehicle. Before I could turn around I was greeted with the outstretched hand of Scott Doyle. We sat down, and got straight to business. I was very impressed with how Scott explained EVERYTHING and informed me of my financial options. I was also pleased with Scott's knowledge of the vehicle and proficiency as a salesman. Scott took me for a test drive and explained many of the features of the car. Although we did not come to an agreement on the price the first day, Scott followed up the next morning and we had a no xx negotiation and settled on a price. After the purchase Scott stayed and explained many of the features which made me comfortable with operating the car for the first time. I feel like I made an informed decision purchasing the vehicle. I have to mention the Asst. sales manager Daniel Lasko, who I was introduced to, was quick to smoothed out a minor bump with the registration, which was awesome. Looking at the over all experience I would recommend to ANYONE, to purchase a vehicle from Bill Vince for the services, facilities, and professionalism of the staff. More

The internet sales department introduced me to Dave, a salesman in this dealership. Dave was just 3 weeks old in the dealership, so both Ryan and Dave helped me choose out the car for me. My plan was just to get a test ride, but I couldn't resist buying from them considering their pleasing attitude and matching the price I was looking for. This dealership has once again exceeded my expectations. I have now purchased two autos from them. I found the sales experience to be pleasant, low pressure and the prices good. But the best part has been the after sale service. On two occasions now they have taken care of problems at no cost that was clearly not their responsibility. Problems sometimes happen but its how you deal with them that matters and these guys have been great. I will definately be returning in February when my lease is up on my TL. More

My experience with Bridgewater Acura was as seemless as possible.
