I bought my second Acura MDX at Brdigewater Acura and in both instances I had very pleasant sales experiences. This is especially due to affable and proffesional nature of Gene Plyam. Prices are very competitive in all four dealerships I visited but Gene's way of doing buisiness helped me to decide on Bridgewater Acura. He is extremely honest, knowledgable, professional and courteous. An outstanding salesman. OUTSTANDING…not usually an adjective used to describe car shopping – but thanks to a very special salesman, David Pietrowicz our mission was accomplished and our new MDX is home! While this was our third Acura purchase, it was by far the most impressive and positive experience thanks to Dave. Dave is/was professional, knowledgeable albeit the “new guy” at Bridgewater Acura and possessed just the right combination of sales incentive and intuition of when it came to knowing when to take a step back. An overly aggressive sales approach would have had me out the door immediately - versus the hours that Dave spent with us while negotiating sale/price. And equally notable his patience with us over the aspect which might have been the biggest decision of all – my obsessing on the color! Prior to going to Bridgewater Acura (for the first time) we knew we would be buying another MDX – just not sure where. After a few minutes with Dave I/we wanted him to be the one who closed our deal. He impressed us most with his incredible and EXTRAordinary people skills and while we all admittedly had our own agendas, it was obvious that a compromise in negotiations was our mutual goal. Rumor has it that I am not exactly the easiest or vulnerable new car customer (especially for a woman), but Dave earned my/our confidence with his honesty and integrity (other adjective not usually used to describe automobile salesmen). Dave gave us his undivided attention and expertise all while never losing his smile. Dave gets 100% of the credit for minimizing the car purchase game/drama/carrot dangling and the deal was sealed in one long afternoon leaving us all happy. Dave and his supportive Team, Sasha Belous, Sales Coordinator (dubbed by me a baseball mom the “official closer”) and Ed Simo, Business Manager (aka the end stage number cruncher) actually added some laughter and calmness to our investment. Individually and collectively, Bridgewater Acura personalized their business and made us feel like valued new customers with every effort made to accommodate our needs and wants. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill Vance as the entire sales experience was, in a word, comfortable. I had the pleasure of working with Sam Guindi throughout the entire process and not at a single time did I f experience was, in a word, comfortable. Recently I Brought a MDX with Tech Option and Overall Buying experience was excellant. Paul and Sascha treated very well with explaining the Pre-owned features and I never felt like they were forcing me Buying experience was excellant. Paul and Sascha treated very well with explaining the Pre-owned features and I never felt like they were forcing me to buy the SUV and there policy is understand my requirements and suggest the Best Car for me and Infact Sascha went above and beyond by taking care of me in purchasing the SUV. The newly renovated showroom is excellant .They listen to customers and do whatever it makes us happy. In the future I will buy my next vehicle at Brigewater Acura only . More
