I recently purchased a pre-owned Acura TL. My salesperson, Gene Plyam, was excellent. The purchase and financing went very smoothly. The problems started when I picked up the car a week later. I expected the car to be in immaculate condition when I picked it up. Unfortunately, my wife and I found a number of issues with the car. The car had to go back to detailing twice. I was very disappointed. In addition, I inquired about the inspection sticker when I picked up my plates. I was told that I would have to get the car inspected. My previous car was a pre-owned Lexus ES300. The customer service was amazing at the Lexus dealership. They took care of everything. This dealership has a long way to go to match the Lexus customer service. More

Stopped into this dealership today, only wanting to test drive a 2004 350Z to see if I liked it, THAT IS ALL. My husband and I had been there Saturday, just as they were closing, briefly met Dave, and state drive a 2004 350Z to see if I liked it, THAT IS ALL. My husband and I had been there Saturday, just as they were closing, briefly met Dave, and stated we would return Monday. I advised my husband to ask for Dave, but as I later learned, he did not, and we ended up with Ryan. Suffice it to say, I dont know if he was having an off day, or if he is dismissive of potential customers whom he feels are not able to meet the criteria that he feels he can make the most money on, but his customer service was positively non existent. We asked for a test drive. Instead, we were seated and grilled about how we definitely do not qualify for anything because of what he felt our score reflected. This was without running numbers or speaking to finance or anything else. We were told we definitely were not qualified for that car, or any other car, basically. He also took a moment to accept his lunch order while we were seated, mumbling about how he had forgotten that he had ordered lunch. In addition, upon leaving, he did not offer his card and state, when you are ready, please return and speak with me, and I will do everything I can to assist. My husband and I both got the distinct feeling that if he is not selling a car that will bring him the highest commission to someone with perfect credit, that he judges the book by the cover and is very dismissive. He seemed more interested in eating his lunch before it got cold than in assisting us. I have never in my life been denied a TEST DRIVE of any vehicle that I am interested in. He also asked several questions that he definitely had no business asking. He was just very RUDE overall, making us feel as if he did not have any time to waste on us, and downplaying the dealerships ability to assist us at all. Eventually, I will buy an Acura TL, and although this is the closest dealership to my home, I would rather drive 150 miles in the opposite direction, then visit this dealership again, and run the risk of dealing with this sales rep, as he clearly lacks personal skills. If your credit score is above 750 & you are purchasing a brand new or certified pre owned Acura, that he will make a high commission on, go for it. If it is anything else, don't even bother. More

While I was still in the process of educating myself on the different makes models and options, we went to pleased that we found Bridgewater Acura. While I was still in the process of educating myself on the different makes models and options, we went to a nearby Acura dealership where we were met with incompetent employee and a hard sell. I called Bridegwater Acura and was connected to Mike Boltarets. He was extremely friendly on the phone and patient and he answered all of my questions and educated me. He made such an impression on me that when my husband and I walked in the following afternoon to purchase a vehicle, I requested that Mike help us and am so glad I did. He was kind, patient and did not pressure us in the least. He helped match us up with a pre-owned vehicle that he thought would work best for us. He was kind and patient with our young children and made the overall car buying expeience relaxing and easy. We left feeling like we were dealing with someone who really knew their stuff. Almost everyone we delt with at Bridgewater Acura was exceptional and friendly -- from the receptionist when I picked up my plates to the service team who helped with the few kinks that occured. I would highly recommend Bill Vince Bridgewater Acura to anyone who is looking to purchase an Acura - it is worth the trip! More

I drove 70 miles to see the used car I was interested in. I had contacted Gene before coming up and when I arrived the process began without delay. Of course I fell for the car (Porsche) right away. Having researched cars for some time I found Bridgewater to have an excellent selection of used cars. After the expected 'price/trade in' dance, the buying experience went without drama. I bought on a Saturday. Monday morning I contacted my sales rep. with a couple of concerns I had with the servicing of the car and a discrepancy related to the extended warranty. Initially there was a lack of urgency for my concerns with my sales rep. After a weeks time I was contacted by the Internet department , Tina and Jared as well as Michael the used sales manager. They took my concerns seriously and made excellent efforts to resolve those concerns. I would recommend Brigewater Acura for used cars and if there are problems after the sale, their team will take the challenge to address those problems. They take these reviews very seriously and while I certainly don't want to have to deal with problems after the sale, I can say from real experince that the staff at Bridgewater will support you, the buyer, after the sale.
