We have been going to Bill Utter for over 7 years now & recommending them to everyone. We will still always go to Phil for our cars but for service we are leery. I had an appt on Friday and got a call Thur recommending them to everyone. We will still always go to Phil for our cars but for service we are leery. I had an appt on Friday and got a call Thursday telling me they couldn’t do all I had my appt for. I showed up anyway in hopes they could. And they did! But then I was told I had metal on metal for my brakes and needed my brakes replaced and my hoses flushed which would have been another $370. I said no because my husband can do these things for us being a former mechanic. When he checked my brakes they are completely fine and they had to flush my hoses for a recall but also wanted to try and charge me? Not happy at all! I thought I could trust the service department and people who work on my car there, but apparently not and I need to be extra careful I don’t have something fixed that doesn’t even need to be! Very disappointed! More
