Super Service from Terrific People I didn’t have an appointment but dropped in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation on our 2017 Explorer. The staff was very nice and got me in. The new customer waiting area is very nice: spotlessly clean, lots of snacks for purchase, big flat screen TVs and fast WiFi. It really is a nice facility! My car was ready in just a little while. Job Well Done One of my windows rolled down but would not roll back up. The service department at Bill Utter are always polite, courteous and more than willing to One of my windows rolled down but would not roll back up. Driving around with a window down just doesn’t work in this Texas heat. They fixed it and another issue I had in a very timely fashion.
