Poor Service Department Took almost four full days to get my truck repaired. Poor correspondence from the service adviser. Left voice mail on Friday afternoon and she finally responded on Monday afternoon. Not sure what has happened to their service department because I have received great service there for the last five years. Not only the worst customer service I have ever received at this dealership it is also the worst customer service I have received at any car dealership. The service manager was helpful and friendly but I should not have needed to speak to him. Took three full days to finally diagnose the problem and then another full day to complete the repair which was about a two hour or less repair. More
poor service and doesnt stand behind work or lack there of We purchased a used vehicle in Jan of 2016 within the first month of having it, it was in service 2 times for a total of 28 day because of engine pro We purchased a used vehicle in Jan of 2016 within the first month of having it, it was in service 2 times for a total of 28 day because of engine problems (car jerking to a stop multiple times while driving),and a check engine light. After being told the 2nd time that they had ran all the test they could do e repair for problem and reset the light they couldnt get it to replicate. 3days later check engi e light came back on. I called and was told that since all test had been run there was nothing to worry about unless it mechanically acted up not to worry about the check engine light it was a dummy light. SO I TRUSTED THEM. Mind you i had the warranty they gave PLUS an extended warranty was purchased that would have covered engine issues. Any time there has been an issue it has been taken in and the check engine light has remained on and all maintance records have been maintained. fast forward to August of this year, a light comes on that says loss of engine power, i call and have the car towed to Service department. Long story short it needs a NEW ENGINE, and my extended warranty is expired by 600 miles. AND THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THE FIRST TWO VISITS TO SERVICE FOR ENGINE PROBLEMS THAT THEY HAD THE CAR FOR A TOTAL OF ALMOST A MONTH....NO RECORDS AT ALL.... i had to provide those for them. The service director was completely clueless and made multiple statements, about what was wrong with the car and what all they had done when explaining to me that they couldnt help me but also couldnt explain why they had no record or 2 service visits that were for the engine problens . Basically i have been told that because the original problems happened last year (2 weeks after buying it) and 35,000 miles before now and their service department refused to keep it longer as we asked multiple times to figure out the problem and instead we were told "its a dummy light" they can be of no assistance to me because basically its not their problem. After reading other reviews i see now that lying , and shotty work, and not standing behind their work is not uncommon i am very dissapointed and would like to have this handled before further action is taken, I have left a message for the GM and am waiting for a call back, i fully expect that SOMEONE at this location will take a stand for whats right and back their actions up by coming up with a solution that does not cost a customer an additional 10k. Nightmare!! Dropped off the 2016 F150 for hail damage in the body shop on May 8th was told the repairs could take up to two weeks. Got a call and they said that there was more damage and Allstate would have to come out and look at the additional damage. Allstate called to tell me they inspected and approved the additional repairs. Got a call and they said truck would be ready for pickup on Friday the 26. Went to pick up the truck and did walk around and it was not complete ,they forgot to paint the hood. The HOOD, how can you forget the hood. Also My wife noticed a spot on the hood that they said was previously repaired and could not get fixed. That did not sound right to me. At this point it was closing time so I left the truck and was told I could pick it up the next day which was a Saturday. The truck was finished by noon Saturday, is that even enough time to paint a hood ? Go to pick the truck up and I get home and we have more damage on the truck, the left front fender had scratches on it down to bare metal and the rear door glass had a ten inch scratch on the glass, the interior headliner was dirty with fingerprints and grease all over it , that other dent in the hood was not repaired, so I called and sent pictures to the body shop they said they would take care of it. I dropped the truck off June 2nd Friday morning was told one day to repair and clean headliner. Got a call truck was done and I go to pick it up and the fender was repaired, they replaced the rear door back glass , headliner was cleaned but the window was not re-tinted. So I would need to bring it back again or I could take the truck down to the window tint company the next day which was Saturday and they would pay for it to be done on my time. So I get up Saturday morning and go to get the window tinted on my time and come to find out they installed the wrong door glass. I got the window re-tinted anyway. At this point I was done with this entire back and forth with the body shop. So bottom line if you use this body shop make plans to have to take it back three or four times to complete the job. Make sure you look it over real good. I went a little further I had another body shop read the estimate from Allstate. They got paid to paint the entire hood and left that spot in the hood. Did they really paint the entire hood in four hours that they got paid for. I will let Allstate figure that part out. Very disappointed of the quality of the work performed. My hood still has a dent in it. 4,000.00 dollars later,several trips back and forth. More
