It resurfaced and I expressed the need to identify the problem and replace a part so this doesn't continue. Erin was very helpful in the process and received approval to replace the part. More

A computer chip can make a mess of your monday morning! I took my 2016 Explorer in with no radio. They took it in and found the problem and I was able to pick up my SUV that afternoon. Oil Change - October/2018 I took my Ford F1 50 in to have the oil changed last Friday. The service technician suggested that I do a coolant flush which I also authorized. On Sunday having driven probably less than 100 miles, and indicator came on my truck stating that I needed to have an oil change I suspect the technician forgot to reset the oil mechanism. I also sent a text message to the service department, but have not received a reply. More
Great service staff!! I was told that it could take two hours for what my vehicle was in for and the amount of vehicles that were checked in ahead of mine. Very Good and Friendly Service I came in on a very rainy Saturday morning, for an unscheduled visit, because my battery was giving me trouble. Much to my surprise, I was taken in p I came in on a very rainy Saturday morning, for an unscheduled visit, because my battery was giving me trouble. Much to my surprise, I was taken in promptly, just like I had an appointment and taken care of well. Even better, my replacement battery was covered by my warranty so it did not cost me anything out of pocket. Very surprised and very pleased with this experience. More
