Recall Notice Our church was using its 2015 Ford Van to leave on a trip out of state in FIVE days when I found a recall letter for it that we had never addressed. Miss the mark Generally, I give five stars, but this visit went down in time and communication. 9:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Left at 11:4 Generally, I give five stars, but this visit went down in time and communication. 9:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Left at 11:45. A ticket that was signed in at 9:58 was serviced and left bay ahead of me. Technician apologized and realized that vehicle got placed ahead of me somehow. Stuff happens, but I never had a service advisor come and communicate with me. Every other customer had an advisor updating them. There was a recommendation by tech for additional services but the service advisor never spoke with me. More
