I always ask for Erin for my service advisor because she is the best. She is better than any service advisor at other dealerships. I am being unfair to her colleagues because she was my first service advisor at Bill Utter. I latched on to her and I don’t know how good the others are. I suspect they are just as good because Bill Utter Ford is a class act. More

Great Customer Service! Eddie Church is the best! He is always respectful, in a good mood and eager to assist. This visit was for our son's F150 while he was home on Christ Eddie Church is the best! The sliding moon roof broke with only several days left before our son needed to return back for class. Eddie managed his team and made sure the parts were in stock so the truck could be repaired on time. As needed, the truck was repaired on time and our son was able to safely return back to college without being in a last minute rush. Thanks Eddie! More

Service Department I've always gotten good service at Bill Utter Ford; used to always deal with Greg Hall, but since the remodeling and adding a bunch of youngsters, it I've always gotten good service at Bill Utter Ford; used to always deal with Greg Hall, but since the remodeling and adding a bunch of youngsters, it seems that things are going downhill. This time I dealt with a very pleasant young man (Alex Seal?), but AFTER the oil & filter change and tire rotation and the car was brought out, and I went to pay, he only then told me that the cabin air filter needed to be changed, so I told him, "Do it." Now the car was never moved, and after I got tired of waiting I finally found the service writer again and told him to forget the cabin air filter, that I just want to get out of here. He went somewhere and came back to tell me the cabin air filter had been changed, so I paid for it. He did give me a 10% discount. I have serious doubts that the cabin air filter was changed, but I didn't keep the car in sight every minute, and I have not pulled the filter myself to check it, so I cannot say for sure. More
