Thank you, Erin! I stopped using your service center a few years ago due to a couple of bad experiences and bad customer service. I was skeptical about doing the recalls for a long time because I did not want to deal with having to go through the same issues. Luckily Erin was able to gain my confidence and I had a good experience. I will be coming back as long as I can continue to work with her. More

Scheduled Recall and Oil Changed - Like clockwork Scheduled my recall and Oil Change online (phone Ford Pass app) with no problems. Was able to select what time I'd show up and was met at the service bay within 5 minutes. (busy check in time). Danny was friendly and informative. I was in and out in 90 minutes from arrival. Waiting area overlooks the maintenance bays and is comfortable. Could not get WiFi to connect... which was not a problem, as it is public. On a secondary note, not related to this visit, Danny could not locate the free oil change that I was given verbally when I had noted with the sales team last year that my navigation system was already out of date at the time of purchase last Spring. I will have to do followup on this item, as the service department does not own this piece. More

How would I rate the Service Department at Bill Utter? As always... awesome! In my opinion, this is the only place to buy, trade or have your vehicle serviced or upgraded. Fast, Excellent, Easy Made the appointment on line. When I arrived, was greeted immediately. I came for just an oil change and a inspection My appointment was at 10 they finish the oil change and around 11 and then there was a problem on my end with the insurance which I except is my faul My appointment was at 10 they finish the oil change and around 11 and then there was a problem on my end with the insurance which I except is my fault but then I figured it out at 11:30 and they told me it would be 25 minutes for the inspection and it ended up being about three hours I did not leave until about 3 o’clock. Nobody was on the same page my advisor Sabrina seemed like she had no idea what was going on. It was not a good experience More

Oil Change and Tires I needed to replace my tires and Bill Utter matched the price I could have gotten some where else. They schedule my oil change, state inspection and I needed to replace my tires and Bill Utter matched the price I could have gotten some where else. They schedule my oil change, state inspection and tire replacement. It was all done in about 2 1/2 hours. Erin Bostick did a tremendous job in meeting needs and schedule. More
