We get all work done there and should not have to pay for Fords poorly made lug nuts. We have had numerous Fords through the years and seriously thinking of changing car companies. More

Warranty and non-warranty repairs Brought my 2014 Focus SE in for 3 warranty repairs (TCM replacement, Canister Valve replacement and door latches), plus having the clutch pack replace Brought my 2014 Focus SE in for 3 warranty repairs (TCM replacement, Canister Valve replacement and door latches), plus having the clutch pack replaced out of warranty. John Witt was great - helped with my rental car setup and got it covered under the warranty repairs, as well as keeping me updated on the repair process. They finished all the repairs within 2 days and it wound up being a lot less expensive than I was anticipating. Great Job! More

In cold weather there is a rattle, not engine noise. My 2016 Fiesta has a rattle when the outside temperature is in the 30's. It's not an engine noise. Third times a charm I love the sales team at Bill Utter, but haven't had the same consistent attention to detail with the service department. Many of the service advisor I love the sales team at Bill Utter, but haven't had the same consistent attention to detail with the service department. Many of the service advisors are great, in fact one is my neighbor. However, in trying to get the Sync system corrected on the 2016 F150 the service advisor, not my neighbor, didn't really listen to me. It took three trips to the service department before the problem was corrected. During this trial, I called the service department three different days to try and connect with the advisor. All three days I was put on hold, transferred around, and eventually sent to a voicemail. Needless to say, I never received a return call in three days. This particular problem has soured my experience with Bill Utter Service. I won't go again unless I know my neighbor will be my service advisor! More
