Corina kept me informed of the work.I had asked for the Utter Ford transportation guy to drop me at a nearby breakfast place while I waited. He never did come an offer me the ride. However, Corina was already finishing my car assignment so I was out of there early anyway. This was a factory recall of a computer reset but they treated me as though I was having extensive 'paying" work done. I am new to Texas and Denton Area after 60 years with the same dealer in Kansas but I will definitely return to Bill Utter Ford here in Texas. More

Poor customer service. Dropped my mustang for a “quick” oil change. Went and ran some errands. Returning an hour and a half later, my car wasn’t even in the garage yet. Waited to ask my service adviser (Eric) what was up, stood there 10 minutes while he finished his conversation with some other employees. Then I watched 3-4 techs spend 15 minutes attempting to get it on the lift. Very unprofessional staff. Seem like nice folks, just not competent. Whole experience took 2 1/2 hours. This is third time I’ve had this type of situation happen there on a “simple” oil change. I live 5 minutes from your store. Rest assured I’ll be making a longer drive to, another shop for future service. More
Great Service. Danny has always taken great care of my truck It’s so great to have had the same service writer all these years. I know if I have a problem, all I have to do is call Danny Morris. I dropped the car off on Monday morning and left it for an oil change, tire rotatio \ The communication from the service representative was terrible. I dropped the car off on Monday morning and left it for an oil change, tire rotation, F-150 recall and to investigate a squeak in what I thought was the suspension system. I was expecting to pick the truck up late on Monday afternoon. By Monday at about 5:15 PM I had not heard from anyone so I called the service department to find out the status of the work. I was told that my service rep was not currently available since she was "in the back", but would a message would be left for her and she would call back soon. No call was received on Monday and no call was ever received on Tuesday until I called again at about 2:45 PM to see what was going on. I was told again that my servi9ce rep was not available as she was out with a couple of customers. Approximately one-half later I did receive a call back from the service rep to simply say my truck would be ready for pick up at 5 PM. There was no acknowledgement that I had -previously called and left two messages or an apology for not calling me back. In addition, the repairs to correct the squeak were carried without any prior consultation with or authorization by me. Although I would have probably authorized what was done, I was never given the opportunity to do so; instead I was charged over $200 for this unauthorized work. Finally, when I went to pick the truck up, I never saw the service rep. This is no way to conduct a service business and I will not be able to recommend your shop in the future to anyone who may ask me. The sale rep I worked with is not listed in the service list below - I have checked a box below merely to be able to submut the survey. More

I went to a local gas station and aired up the tire, then dropped the car off at Bill Utter Ford, which is close to where I work. They took the car, inspected the tire, patched it up, and inspected all other levels while I was at work and had it ready for me by the time I left the office. I found it easy to leave the car there, and even though I had no service appointment they gave me professional, courteous and efficient service. Thanks for your help! More
