Great first experience! I purchased a preowned Mustang GT Premium from another dealer and had Bull Utter Ford give it an inspection. Greg was my service advisor and he ident I purchased a preowned Mustang GT Premium from another dealer and had Bull Utter Ford give it an inspection. Greg was my service advisor and he identified an airbag recall that needed to be taken care of. Inspection went great and recall issue was addressed. Room for improvement Went in for the Works, (I have my oil changed there all the time) they Forgot to fill windshield washer fluid reservoir, second time. Very slow to receive initial service in service bay, usually my experience. Then most everyone seems as cold as ice towards me, though I try to be polite. I keep coming back because all the service department needs is a stiff overhaul of personnel. People friendly staff. In the past I have suffered the “need a new air filter truck” the cabin air filter looked at and put back in, but I found an screw that had not been put back in. “Extra” screws not put back into place reflects incompetence or lack of concern. I have put up with a few issues there at Bill Utter but keep coming back. The service department needs a stiff overhaul of personnel. All across the board. Sometimes change is good. But after typing all of this up I honestly don’t expect anything to be done about it . More
Very simple. Called a few days ahead, dropped off car, got rental and was in and out in less than 10 min. Same process a week later and car was fixed. Thanks guys. Excellent Service I had no appointment scheduled and was in the area so I stopped to check if they could give my vehicle The Works oil change. They got me in at that ti I had no appointment scheduled and was in the area so I stopped to check if they could give my vehicle The Works oil change. They got me in at that time. I stayed my usual wait and to top it off the service advisor had my suv washed. My vehicle looked brand new when they pulled it out. WOW. The price was right for all services completed. More

I was under th This young man listened to my concerns about recently running out of windshield wiper fluid and finding corrosion on my battery cable. I was under the assumption that fluids were checked with each oil change and was told immediate attention was needed to battery, but was not told it was corrosion on the cable. I feel I should have been asked if I would like to pay to have the corrosion removed. This young man also took the time to check the history of my vehicle to advice me of upcoming services I need to give attention to. I am very fond of Bill Utter Ford and will buy my next Ford Expedition from them, but in the meantime, I am trying to take the best care of the 2008 Expedition I am currently driving. Hopefully, we can resolve these minor issues and continue to have a good relationship! More

Which is quite funny since I just had the transmission serviced less than a month prior to this and it clearly wasn’t necessary. Either the “technicians” are not properly trained or looking to drum up more business, whether really needed or not. Don’t trust this service department to do any future work for me More

Technician went through various phases of diagnostic and repair, and appeared problem was solved. It was not, so my truck went in 3 separate times. The reason for the 5 stars was Greg Hall my service advisor. Always secured a loaner truck for me, never questioned the problem, treated me with respect and humility every time we interacted. I should have been aggravated, but I was pleased to make those trips to see Bill Utter just because of how I was treated. More
