Transmission unit replacement Service manager took me as a literal "roll" in with a bad transmission on a Saturday, 10 minutes before end of day. New transmission unit installed by Wednesday. Great turn around. Great warranty 3 years, unlimited miles, transferable. Satisfied for sure. More
Great facility. The last time I was there, the service area was under reconstruction, with ceiling tiles gone, wires and light fixtures hanging. It now looks great! I enjoyed watching through the windows, that separate the waiting room from the garage, as the technicians hustled about performing their individual duties. The garage was neat and tidy... The coffee machine was somewhat mind blowing, but thanks to one of the young cashier ladies, I had a wonderful cup of coffee! More

No Follow Up I have taken my vehicle here for the past 3-4 years and the last 4 times I have brought my vehicle in I have had the same problem. I drop it off and t I have taken my vehicle here for the past 3-4 years and the last 4 times I have brought my vehicle in I have had the same problem. I drop it off and then go home to do some work at the house but I never receive a call when it is ready. Normally I have to call back and ask if my car is ready, but this time it caused a problem because I was busy with yard work and forgot to call to check. Since I never received a call telling me my car is ready you closed because it was 3:00 on Saturday. So I had to go up to the sales side and get my car then come back on Monday to pay. I will say that everyone on Saturday in the sales office was incredibly nice and so was the cashier on Monday. But it caused me to waste a lot of my time waiting for people to get my car and figure out my paperwork. So I just ask to please start calling when it is done like you say you will. I want to keep bringing my car to the dealership but if this happens again I sill ha e to start going elsewhere. More
Terrible customer service This is the worst experience I have encountered at a dealership, especially the Bill Utter Ford dealership. I have used their service department befor This is the worst experience I have encountered at a dealership, especially the Bill Utter Ford dealership. I have used their service department before and have never experienced this level of customer service dissatisfaction . But after this latest service department experience I may need to rethink my Ford service options. I scheduled an appointment for a recall item, oil change, lock actuator, and brake service. Once I dropped the vehicle off, I had to chase my service adviser multiple times to get updates on the status of my service. The adviser would tell me she was going to talk with the technician and promise to call me right back. I would not hear anything for hours. When I did reach the adviser we would start this routine all over again. On Friday I approved their recommended repairs on the front brakes but when I called Saturday afternoon to get a status update (having not heard from the adviser all day) I was told by the service adviser they were test driving it to determine what work needed to be done. Only after I expressed my frustration and displeasure with this whole operation did the service adviser act on getting my brake work done. This lack of communication and quality of service by the adviser accounts for my dissatisfied service experience. I have to question what has changed within the dealership or the service department to foster this lack of customer service. More
