Was not impressed this time Scheduled an appointment for service like I always do. Come in on Saturday at 7am and was told there's no record of my appointment, was a bit annoye Scheduled an appointment for service like I always do. Come in on Saturday at 7am and was told there's no record of my appointment, was a bit annoyed but ok. When the time came to pick up my car was told I need to pay which surprised me since I have a maintenance package that I pay for in my lease. Not sure why the package didn't show when they registered my car for the service...was a bit more annoyed. I said that I had the maintenance package and had to wait until it was sorted out which obviously it was. I do like the service center but was not impressed with the service this time. More

Not the best experience Several issues--I made an appt, had the text confirmation, However, when I arrived, no appt in the system. Brakes not in stock. They went to another Ford nearby to get and the brakes were not in stock. Provided a loaner, my car was completed on Saturday but was not told until I called for status on Monday afternoon. The service mngr provided a discount and apology. More

Should Be Slow Lane...Not Quick Lane I’ve had my 3 Ford vehicles here several times over the past year or so and have never gotten out in under 90 minutes. Saturday I made an appointment I’ve had my 3 Ford vehicles here several times over the past year or so and have never gotten out in under 90 minutes. Saturday I made an appointment at 7:30...upon arrival I was told that it would be 90 minutes because even though I made an appointment, the walk-in customers who arrived at 7:00 were in front of me. Why even bother with appointments? Most every business that takes appointments, honors the appointment first and the walk-ins are fit in or turned away. More
