I made an appointment for car repair and it’s now 9 days later and no car. I have not received call backs from service representatives except to say it will cost $4,000. All the positive reviews I see later and no car. I have not received call backs from service representatives except to say it will cost $4,000. All the positive reviews I see posted are from men, so I guess I’m the wrong gender/age to receive positive service. I purchased this car from Bill Utter and had no problem with sales. They were very courteous. Not the service department! More
