Yes. I brought my truck in for recall work without an appointment. I spoke with Joey Desurne and he said it would be worked on as soon as possible, but l I brought my truck in for recall work without an appointment. I spoke with Joey Desurne and he said it would be worked on as soon as possible, but let me know that parts would have to be ordered. He also informed me that there were no loaners available which was disappointing as I needed my truck for work. Not his fault at all. It took a few days to get parts, but each time I texted Joey, he responded to let me know what was happening. Got my ride back and was very happy with the service and communication. Everyone was nice, Dean was especially helpful and Joey is top notch. Would not hesitate to use Utter again. More
