So I traded my 2023 Ford Raptor in and bought an F-250 several months ago from Bill Utter ford that had hail damage on it. During the sales process I asked them what they would charge on top of the sales price to repair the hail. It came out to $1800 but I would have to bring it back to Denton at some point to get it fixed. After having the truck for about a week I decided the hail repair wasn’t a priority so I asked the dealership if I could use the amount towards a tonneau cover, maybe some floor mats, etc. They said they couldn’t do that because it’s a separate department… hmm ok, can you just cut me a check back for the $1800 amount then… no since you financed the truck we can’t do that… but I put $2000 cash down and had a trade, that money just went straight in your pockets, didn’t have anything to do with the financing. Well we already paid the hail repair shop… xx man, no one pays before the work is done. Then a manager calls me and says they misunderstood, they’ll order me the accessories. At that point I knew they were full of it. I went ahead and ordered a tonneau cover, but I decided I didn’t need anything else since my old floor mats fit the new truck. When I went to pick it up I asked what can we do with the rest of the money. The salesman said they can put it towards my principle. I said that’s fine, at this point I just wanted the money to go somewhere. I have text this same salesman probably no less than 10 times and every time I get the same response, I’ll check with my manager. No proof of payment, nothing. So in essence they have stolen between $500-600 from me and will not do anything to reimburse me. Not to mention the original salesman I worked with moved on to a new dealership literally 3 days after we did our deal so I’ve been working through someone that doesn’t even care if I’m taken care of. I feel like I have been treated poorly by Bill Utter Ford and their management and regret having done business there. I thought I was getting a good deal on a hail damaged vehicle, but that was a mistake. I’ve given them way more opportunities to remedy this situation than I should have. I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with Bill Utter Ford at this point. More

I am very impressed with Megan Meredith and the rest of your team. I was expecting to wait at least 5 days to get my truck back, based on experiences from other shops.
