Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. Lee in Service is why I and only why I service my trucks the Lee Trunick In-service is Superman. He is the only reason that I am willing to use Bill Utter service department. Lee is very knowledgeable and his customer service is out of this world. I use my truck for work . I was in a hurry recently to to have my truck diagnosed and get a battery so I can make a customer appointment Lee T. In service had my truck in and out in a record amount of time. I made my appointment with time to spare. This is not the only time he has helped me he because he is so knowledgeable when I have questions about one of my trucks he answers them and help me decide the best solution for the situation. Lee is he is the best person in service I have ever worked with and I worked in a Mitsubishi dealer in Kansas for 20 years. I had stopped using all dealership's for service on all of my vehicles work and personal until I met Lee and now I will not go any other place but Bill Utter Ford due to Lee T. for service on my vehicle's . Lee goes above and beyond on every service visit for the past years that I have used him. If I go for service and Lee is on vacation I wait till he comes back. I would like to say THANK YOU... to LEE TRUNICK and recommend that Bill Utter Ford recognize and reward Lee Trunick for his hard work, dedication and his outstanding customer service. Excellent experience! I have purchased all my personal trucks from Bill Utter over the years from Mr. Triplett and every time had a great experience, so when it came time t I have purchased all my personal trucks from Bill Utter over the years from Mr. Triplett and every time had a great experience, so when it came time to purchase multiple trucks at one time for our business we went straight to Bill Utter.
