We purchased this vehicle to surprise my daughter on her 16th birthday. I had originally inquired about a used vehicle but ended up purchasing a new one and he made it beyond easy the entire time! I was able to do everything over the phone since I live over an hour away. I had an answer within a couple of hours and was able to drive over there that same evening to finalize the deal. When I arrived, her car was sitting right there waiting for me clean and shiny. I was greeted with a smile, signed a few things and was taken immediately to finance where I met Debbie who is wonderful!! Denise was very helpful with the floor and cargo mats and it was nice that most of the products were in stock and placed in my new car the same day. Having the right staff in place is vital to the customer experience and it is rare to encounter these days but it made a difference. He made some great suggestions specific to my needs which fit exactly with what I am looking for in a truck. He answered all of my questions and did not pressure me. I have never been a Ford guy but after talking with Thomas I am excited about working with him and driving a new F150 once I start my new job in a couple of months. More
