Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. Service Dept. Asst. Manager Mr Church treated me like family I bought my New Ford F 150 Sport 4X4 from another dealer and just happened by to ask a question about service and was informed that she was already du I bought my New Ford F 150 Sport 4X4 from another dealer and just happened by to ask a question about service and was informed that she was already due at 3000 miles for her first one, They got me right in changed her oil and did a 27 point inspection. He was very happy to answer any questions that I had about my new truck and offered me some water or coffee and a comfy place to wait. I did notice that I think that they forgot to check my tire pressure all around and called he spoke right up and told me to bring her right back in and he would personally take care of her. Truly they know great service and are not afraid to admit that they are human, but ALWAYS ready to make sure that their customer is happy. In less than 2 years I will trade her in and see the sales dept. about buying my next new Ford Truck from Bill Utter Ford. More

He is the reason why I purchased my F350 from Bill Utter Ford, as opposed to that other Dealership which is actually much closer to my home. And if Lee remains at Bill Utter Ford, he will be the reason why I purchase my next F350 from Bill Utter Ford. Lee Trunick is MUCH more than a Service Advisor for Bill Utter Ford and you guys are lucky to have him on your team. And I'm thankful he is there. More

I had left with my family to head out of town on vacation pulling our camper. My truck had an issues, he talked me through checking some issues while I was on the side of the road and then he was willing to stay late if needed until I limped my truck back in. He had 3 mechanics immediately look at my truck when I pulled in. They took my truck back and fixed it on the spot so that we could leave on vacation. He is the single reason I would buy another Ford and from Bill Utter. This guy is a true asset to Bill Utter and Ford. More

Easiest Vehicle Purchase Ever! I first started with Kathy online and she helped take all of my information and find me the exact truck that I wanted. She then introduced me to Steve I first started with Kathy online and she helped take all of my information and find me the exact truck that I wanted. She then introduced me to Steve who was awesome to work with. My deal wasn't traditional but he was great the whole time! We did everything online and when we showed up, he had the truck all gassed up, ready to go and the keys an manual all waiting for us! We then went directly back to finance without waiting and were in and out so quickly! This was by far the easiest and most pleasant new vehicle purchase of the 6 that I have made so far. I highly recommend that everyone do as I did and start with Kathy to set it up and then have Steve finish it up the sales and Rob to make the contract so quick and easy! More
