Will never go back! My husband was looking for a New Ford F-250 diesel, 4X4. We went to your dealership after some hesitation on my part. 2 years ago I went to your dealership with my then 23 year old son to get him a new Ford F-250 diesel truck. You were recommended by Pam Minick our neighbor in Argyle. The salesperson back then took all the info my son was looking for in a new truck and said he would be back in touch that day. My son even called him later that day to see if he found anything. Was told he was still working on it. My son ended up never hearing back from this salesperson and went to Sam Pack Ford in Lewisville and they found him the fully loaded F250 he was looking for and brought it to him within 1 day. Now back to my husband looking for a truck similar to my son's. we found one you had on your pre owned lot a 2016 Ford F-250 diesel with only 6,000 miles on it. Roberto said you could put XM radio in it from car toys. We left that evening because it was getting late. We were told by Roberto he would get back with us the next day. After my husband calling twice, Roberto calls and says come back in and see what we can work out. We came back in the next day. We asked Roberto if you guys would include heaven matts And come off any on the price. He goes back to talk to a manger, after 10 minutes, he comes back with some thin cheap matts and tosses them on the floor and says. They would only give you these matts and the price would stay the same. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief of how he just tossed them on the floor and basically said take it or leave it. Well we left it and already bought us a New Ford Super Duty from a dealership that works for their customers in Lewisville. More

We test drove three different Ford Fusions, and Steve took his whole afternoon and evening to show us the features on each car. He went back to the sales manager Bill Cooper who worked up three different invoices for each car for our comparison. The price was right on all three cars but the Silver Fusion with the spoiler and the sport wheels looked like it was made for my wife. Thanks to Steve and Bill and the whole management team at Bill Utter Ford. Thanks to Denise Wolfe for assisting us get the rubber floor mats ordered. Also great to talk with Bill Hester, the internet manager who helped my mother purchase a 2001 Taurus.the week before 9/1/1. I felt the deal I got was fair to both parties with no misrepresentations, an important if not essential part of a good sales experience. Toronto was prompt (as I was 1/2 hour late for our meeting) and personable. The test drive was low key (no pressure) and all questions were answered. The only flaw was the time it took to complete paperwork, post sales (extended warrantees, vehicle tracker, etc.) and to top off the gas tank. More
Effortless & Painless I have always disliked dealerships for many reasons. I have never had a good experience. I had heard some good things about Bill Utter Ford. So agains I have always disliked dealerships for many reasons. I have never had a good experience. I had heard some good things about Bill Utter Ford. So against my better judgement, I went down there. To top it off I was wanting to trade my truck in not just buy a truck. Once I got down there, Steven Davidson introduced himself. Very easygoing, good humored and straightforward. Chris Miller is also another great guy there, extremely helpful! Everyone there was awesome, cheerful and helpful. They gave me top dollar for my trade in, I was very pleased and surprised! I will for sure be using them in the future. Like I said in the start of this. I have always been very anti dealership, like the Grinch at Christmas. So if they can change my mind, I'm sure you'll really enjoy your time there. More

Steve Davidson - Truck Salesman Extraordinaire I used USAA's Car Buying Service as my initial communication to dealers in the area, and Bill Hesters at Bill Utter Ford was the first to contact me. I used USAA's Car Buying Service as my initial communication to dealers in the area, and Bill Hesters at Bill Utter Ford was the first to contact me. Bill was awesome - gave me a quick call and allowed all other communication via email, which I really appreciated. All communication was straight forward and no-pressure - no repeated requests for me to come to the dealership. All my questions were answered honestly, quickly and succinctly. Bill worked with me right up until I decided which truck I wanted, and he gave me the price and promised no surprises. I decided to reserve a dealer ordered truck. Once I got to the dealership late on a Friday evening, I worked with Steve to complete the reservation. I worried this was the dreaded pass-off tactic, but Steve was just as accommodating as Bill. We expected the truck in 6-8 weeks from the end of October. I emailed Steve every couple of weeks to check on the status (I needed the truck before the end of the year) and he was always quick to respond. When I realized delivery of the truck I reserved may not happen until 2017 I began to consider other options. This is where Steve shined in my opinion - I can't tell you how many emails I sent, but he responded each time with detailed information and NO pressure. He absolutely followed through every time - was honest and up front about pricing and options and was working in my best interest. I eventually settled on a slightly more expensive truck and headed to the dealership. The experience was great to this point, and I wondered if Bill Utter Ford would live up to the reputation they had established to this point now that we were getting down to the nitty gritty. This was FAST. I mean, Steve had to go get my truck from a separate lot and it was still Fast. I was in and out in about an hour and a half with trade appraisal and negotiations. Steve's willingness to work out most of the deal via email saved me an unknown quantity of time, which was the most impressive thing about this whole ordeal. He stepped up and even got my accessories installed in less than 24 hours (thank you to Steve and the Service Department for that!). My truck is amazing and I feel like I got a good deal from good folks. Car buying is stressful and a push-pull struggle to get the best deal with the least hassle, but for my money and time Bill Utter Ford and Steve Davidson specifically went above and beyond what you would expect from a modern-day dealership. Cliches could abound here, but they really do care that you're satisfied with your purchase and that you leave with peace of mind. It's almost as if you get the friendly frankness of a small town dealership with the convenience of the mega-dealers. Go see (or email) Steve if you're in the market for a new Ford. You won't find a better experience in DFW. More

Bill Utter Ford has been our dealership of choice as we have purchased 4 vehicles Approximately three weeks ago we went on a search for a new truck. Bill Utter Ford has been our dealership of choice as we have purchased 4 vehicles from the dealership in the past. Our main reason for going to Bill Utter has been Lee in service. He has helped to maintain our trucks for 6 years. I have always felt like he has shot me straight and provided me the services on my vehicles that I have needed. He has never over sold me or made me feel like he was trying to sell me services I did not need. His attitude and service made it very easy for me to step onto the sales floor for a new truck. When we parked on the sales lot we were greeted by Steve Davidson. Steve was super from the start. He greeted us and made us feel right at home. He gave us a feeling of wanting to help us rather than wanting to sell us. We visited for a couple hours and he showed us some options. I informed him we were not ready to purchase but that we would be ready in a week or two. He continued to follow up and I say this in a positive way. It was always a short phone call and easy conversation. When we were ready to purchase we drove back on the lot and Steve came out to greet us. We walked the lot and looked at all options. He helped us find the right truck. We never felt pressured. I stress he helped us find the right truck. He just made it super easy. Hence the nickname Easy Steve, however he could also be known as Super Steve! More
