I looked on the internet for highly rated dealers in the area and fond Bill Utter Ford. After arriving in the parking lot, I was immediately greeted by Michael Borchardt. He greeted my with a smile, handshake and had a pleasant personality. Once inside I explained what I was looking for and what I wanted in options. Michael was very considerate and attentive to my needs and desires. He never tried to sway me or pressure me to make any other decisions. This was very important to me and he earned and gained my respectability in him. My first trip to Bill Utter Ford was because on internet reviews. My trips thereafter was because of Michael Borchardt. With Michael, I order a new 2018 F150 Lariat. He explained to me the procedures for ordering and how long it would be for my new truck to arrive. I am new to the Dallas area so I stopped by a few different dealerships when I decided it was time to buy a new car. When I stopped at Utter Ford I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the salesmen (I dealt with Kim and Kyle). They were very helpful and I felt no pressure at all, unlike most dealerships. Once it was time to finalize a price, the salesmen and supervisor were very fair and I felt they gave me a very reasonable trade-in allowance for my vehicle. Again, I felt no pressure from any of them and we easily came to an agreement on the cost. I went with the 0% for 72 months option and now I have a brand new Edge for a low monthly payment. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant buying experience! More
