Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. So, when looking to trade in my Lincoln, I naturally looked to Bill Utter Ford for my replacement vehicle. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum (Thank you, Monica Utter for relinquishing it to me). My entire team was superb from beginning to end. Customer Service Above and Beyond Everywhere Else Bill Utter Ford is by far the best dealership experience I have had. In order to find the car that my son wanted, Craig Bowen had to complete a deale Bill Utter Ford is by far the best dealership experience I have had. In order to find the car that my son wanted, Craig Bowen had to complete a dealer trade. Well, when it arrived, I had given him the wrong information about the car and it was the wrong car (my fault). I felt horrible and was thinking of ways that we could accept this car, even though it wasn't what we were looking for. Craig then asked, "What car does your son want?", I told him and he said, without hesitation, "Then that's what we will get for him." And they did! My son loves the car and I was blown away by the level of service. Thank you Craig Bowen and Bill Utter Ford. You have a customer for life! More

This was the most low key shopping experience of the day. We were met outside by sales consultant Kim Payne. He was most helpful in finding us what we were looking for. We didn't buy that evening as we wanted to consider all the options. I called Kim on Monday morning asking about a different vehicle I saw on their website which had more options on it. He pulled the vehicle for me and I went back for a test drive. I said "This is mine". We went through with the purchase and then he came to the vehicle with us and patiently went through every detail and function. There were a lot! Can't thank Kim enough for all of his help! Best car shopping experience ever. More

Adam Russell was my sales person and did a great job helpi I bought a new Ford F150 Limited from Bill Utter Ford last week and had a great experience. Adam Russell was my sales person and did a great job helping me to get a fair deal on my trade. He took his time allowing me to pick a few roads to drive on on the test drive, and went over every aspect of the truck. Denise Wolfe, the accessories/parts person, was very kind and a joy to work with. I haven't had a Ford for a long time, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality, technology, and comfort of this new truck, which for me, is a lot of fun and relaxing to drive. Ford did a great job on the 2018 trucks and you'll get a good deal and friendly people to help you at Bill Utter Ford in Denton. I give this dealership 5 stars. More
