2016 Lincoln MKX purchase experience "Outstanding" customer experience and service. I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted to purchase prior to my initial visit to Bill Utt "Outstanding" customer experience and service. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by sales adviser Toronto Spikes and found the vehicle I wanted to purchase was currently being processed to another buyer pending financing approval. Though disappointing Toronto took my name and number should the deal fall through. Too my surprise he called me the very next afternoon that the vehicle I wanted became available. I immediately acted on the call and we completed the deal that same afternoon. Since the vehicle was a Valentine's gift for my wife and it was Valentine's Day I scored major points when she first saw the Lincoln MKX. My wife even noted what great people we encountered at the dealership. This is the way a vehicle purchase experience should occur. More
