Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by sales adviser Toronto Spikes and found the vehicle I wanted to purchase was currently being processed to another buyer pending financing approval. Though disappointing Toronto took my name and number should the deal fall through. Too my surprise he called me the very next afternoon that the vehicle I wanted became available. I immediately acted on the call and we completed the deal that same afternoon. Since the vehicle was a Valentine's gift for my wife and it was Valentine's Day I scored major points when she first saw the Lincoln MKX. My wife even noted what great people we encountered at the dealership. This is the way a vehicle purchase experience should occur. More

He located exactly what I was looking for, he addressed my concerns relative to cost all the while communicating what he was going to do next. There were no surprises except to the fact that I left the dealership in a new F-150 later that day. Far exceeding my expectations. Equally, the process was painless. So, when looking to trade in my Lincoln, I naturally looked to Bill Utter Ford for my replacement vehicle. In order to find the car that my son wanted, Craig Bowen had to complete a dealer trade. Well, when it arrived, I had given him the wrong information about the car and it was the wrong car (my fault). I felt horrible and was thinking of ways that we could accept this car, even though it wasn't what we were looking for. Craig then asked, "What car does your son want?", I told him and he said, without hesitation, "Then that's what we will get for him." And they did!
