Paint and body shop was less than desirable. Everything started out fine. When it was time to pick my truck up, I arrived only to find that the passenger fender molding was NOT repaired. They j Everything started out fine. When it was time to pick my truck up, I arrived only to find that the passenger fender molding was NOT repaired. They just painted over the damage. The damage to the door was not fixed either. It was said that it was a shadow that I was seeing. Lets be clear here, I know what a straight line looks like and it was NOT straight. So, instead of getting my truck back when it was suppose to be done, it was another 3 days. After picking up my truck, I discovered that there was a part (Part of the glove box-gears) laying in the passenger floor. So, now I have to go back to the dealership for them to fix or order the repair parts to fix. They were able to fix the glove box and after the extended time at the shop the body damage was repaired as well. Extremely poor quality assurance, very disappointing. I bought my truck here and had a great experience but I will NOT use the body shop for any other repairs in the future. More
servics Aug 30 I made an appointment for 10 30 am. I was told when I got there that they were running late. I was early so I wrongly thought I would get out on time. Every one in the weighting room was serviced, and it filled up again. the ones I talked to were getting the same service I was, but the second group left too. I do not know why when you make an appointment that you are not service at that time. The man helped me did comp my service, but that will not help when I missed 2 other appointments that I had. I finally my salesman Will and he was amazing, thorough and professional. The finance manager was amazing he structured the perfect loan for me. I think the salesman need a class on curtesy and friendliness that is all. I love my car and will buy again as long Will is there otherwise I probably would not. More

I felt that I was in control of the work being done and was never pressured into things that were not needed. In fact, my battery was 4 years old so I asked that it be checked. It tested OK but, I purchased a new one anyway of my own free will, not under any pressure to do so. More

Mr.Robinson was not pushy, he was direct and frank about the price and the truck. At the time, we couldn't reach the price we budgeted and left; he respected our decision and didn't make us feel "guilty" of not buying or wasting his time. While we were shopping around at other dealers, he kept us informed about status of the GMC truck. When we finally decided that GMC Sierra truck was we wanted, Mr.Robinson was helpful and patient to help in every process. In addition, Mr. Kenneth Carter from Finance was helpful in the finance process and respected our finance choice. Mr. Bill Hester was helpful in Jason's absence. Overall, the above employees are pleasant, processional , direct and sincere. We would recommend their service . More
