I understand waiting on parts but the communication was very poor for the length of time my vehicles was there although money was deducted from my bill. Ordered a new 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie through this dealership. Don’t go through this dealership! Service was terrible. When I figured out that there were issues with my new vehicle they told me to dealership. Don’t go through this dealership! Service was terrible. I then asked for a manager, I was ignored. Was recommended there by a good friend of the dealer. The sales rep who took care of me clearly was more focused on retirement over aiding me with my new vehicles issues. I still haven’t gotten anything resolved after a month of owning the new Ram. If I could give them a 0/5 stars I would. More

I had to have my jeep towed to Snethkamp because it wouldn’t start. The diagnosis came in pretty quickly and this was a part that Mopar no longer makes.
