Sabbotaged my vehicle This is an awful dealership to have your vehicle serviced at. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have a cover placed over some wiring at 11 This is an awful dealership to have your vehicle serviced at. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have a cover placed over some wiring at 11:30 a.m. and was told there was a hour and a half wait. They started servicing my vehicle by noon. Unaware of how much time went by, it was now a quarter to 2. During my wait the service tech tried to sell me a coolant flush, tire rotation, trans flush, and an air filter. I agreed to buy an air filter depending on cost. I was told $45.00. It was 2:30 p.m. and my car was not back. I walked into the service area and saw a tech drilling or trying to unscrew something under the hood of my car so I confronted him about what he was doing. He took attitude with me and told me to go talk to the service advisor. I told him to stop and bring my car. When I went to pay my bill they had charged me $55 dollars for the filter. I told them to adjust the price or take it out of my car. They eliminated labor costs. To top things off, they cut some wires on my car and showed them to me like they were already cut. I now have an error "key fob not detected" popping up at times when the rear passenger door is shut. I have to stop my car and restart it to prevent any safety issues. The look in all of their faces was guilt. They sabbotaged my vehicle for $400 the cost to repair the wires they cut and put my safety at risk. They still cost me money because I had to pay another dealership to diagnose and repair it and its still not fixed. This is a terrible place. They are reasonably priced but, sabbotaging someones vehicle for profit is shameful More
