The manager was informed about the scam and pretty much said it was my fault and I actually owed them after my warranty company was charged over a $1000.00. He offered no apologies after his employee confessed to what he did he only offered blame to me. I was called and harassed by the employee and the manager could only tell me well I have known this guy for years he wouldn’t do that.
