Horrible Experience From the I entered into the service area it was clearly I was not a priority. The service advisor Tony kept me in limbo concerning how long it would From the I entered into the service area it was clearly I was not a priority. The service advisor Tony kept me in limbo concerning how long it would take before a shuttle would be available to take me home. What started as a 15 minute wait lasted almost two hours ... totally unacceptable. My car was dropped off and a Thursday and promised to be ready on Monday. Monday came and after receiving no updating on my vehicle I started calling non stop from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm constantly goong to service advisor Tiny’s voicemail in which he never returned my calls. I finally called the service manager who did finally returned call to let me know my call would be ready before they closed at 8:00 pm. When i went to pick up my car on Tuesday I went to speak with service advisor Tony to ask about completed work on my car but he threw his hands up and directed me straight to the cashier without allowing me any conversation with him. Rude and totally disrespectful! I live in the city of Detroit and I try giving inter city businesses my business but I wont be returning there. They got almost $6000 in repairs out if me this year I hope its worth their lost of future customers because I will be telling everyone I know to stay away. More

Lack of professionalism at its finest If you're looking for a sales person to treat you with respect and integrity, Snethkamp in Highland Park is NOT your place! Their bait and switch game If you're looking for a sales person to treat you with respect and integrity, Snethkamp in Highland Park is NOT your place! Their bait and switch game is strong, and there is no shortage of snarky comments here. I was looking to lease a Durango, and rather quickly as I was over mileage and out of warranty on my existing lease. My husband and I had quoted several dealerships and Snethkamp ended up providing the best price. I agreed to a payment amount and a vehicle, submitted my credit application, put down a $500 deposit and then received a call from our sales guy, John Thomas (J.T.). He said I was approved for financing but my payment would now be $27 more because taxes weren't quoted in the price, to which I said, that won't work. He graciously came down $17 to which I again said no. We agreed on a price and that was the deal we made. In the end, we landed at the original agreed upon amount. Great, thanks for sticking to your word. At this point he told me he needed to locate a vehicle in the color I wanted as it wasn't currently on their lot. I've leased before so I know the drill here. I asked about a timeline in regard to when I might receive the vehicle and I was told if I wanted a vehicle immediately, I could purchase another color at $1,000 more with more options, and add roughly $25 to my payment. That wasn't something I was interested in so I continued to wait as he searched for the color I requested. Time passed and he wasn't successful in finding the color vehicle I wanted, at which point I asked what my options were. J.T. said I could either go back to the "other" dealership for the color I wanted and pay more money, or, I could purchase the vehicle that was $1,000 more with more "options". They did not have a vehicle of another color on the lot that matched the sticker he agreed upon, and again, we agreed on a price and made a deal. Adding $25 to my payment for this reason was not an option to which he said, "I have champagne taste on a beer budget, too, but I can't find that vehicle". Let me remind you, J.T. was the one who told me my ONLY options were going to another dealership or purchasing a vehicle with MORE options that HE suggested to me. I was not looking for the Rolls Royce of Durango's here, folks. In fact, my only requirement was remote start, which I was paying for out of pocket to have added anyway. He made a deal that he could not satisfy, then when I pushed back on price told me the only option was a more expensive vehicle. What he said was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. This dealership should be ashamed of how they treat their prospective customers. At this point I had no desire to continue working with J.T. and contacted a Sales Manager. I ended up being connected to the manager at the Redford Snethkamp dealership, and he very quickly responded to my issues and within two days, had me in a new Durango. I'm thankful for the team in Redford, as they did everything they could to make the situation right. The best part is, the desperation from J.T. that followed our last conversation. Since the last exchange J.T. and I had via phone, two days had passed. J.T. finally texted me letting me know he had a vehicle (still not the color I wanted) but at the same price, and I could pick it up that day if I wanted to. Ironically, this was the day I committed to picking up my new vehicle from the Redford location. J.T. texted me five times that day, called me twice (didn't leave messages) and reached out to my husband numerous times as well with messages like "please respond" or "??". At this point, he either knew I was walking away from his deal or that the other dealership was handling it. Regardless, his lack of follow-up throughout the entire process and then desire to "blow up my phone" for lack of a better term when I turned the table and stopped responding to him, is just another indication of the professionalism that does not exist. I did respond to him eventually, by the way, after I drove off the lot with my new vehicle from the other dealership. All that said, do yourself a favor. Save yourself time and trouble and choose another dealership. More

He also sold my son a 2018 Charger Daytona which he loves. TJ was always honest he’s not just a salesman he talks to you as a friend. Also even the experience when you go in to sign your paperwork Mr. Maks was also very pleasant. Overall my experience at the dealership was great and I hope to continue to do business with them in years to come. More
