Warranty Service Nightmare Customer service and follow through in the service department was severely lacking in my recent experiences. I was led to believe they were going to p Customer service and follow through in the service department was severely lacking in my recent experiences. I was led to believe they were going to push for a recent mechanical issue to be covered under the highest extended warranty I purchased. It turns out it wasn't even submitted to the warranty company and I was told it was denied without their follow through. I called to complain to the service manager and was told it would take a few days to get ahold of the extended warranty company and sorted out. This was many weeks ago and I have not received a call back from her. I called the extended warranty company myself and they told me that has been no recent consultation from the dealership about the claim. In summary, they called to initiate a claim and never submitted any documentation from that point forward to get an approval. More

Outstanding Service Center Employee! Zach Don was the only employee holding down the fort when I dropped my car off for service yesterday. The phone was ringing off the hook and other cus Zach Don was the only employee holding down the fort when I dropped my car off for service yesterday. The phone was ringing off the hook and other customers coming in. Zach was extremely patient and professional with each customer. He answered each call, let the caller know he was with a customer and would get right back to them. There had been some computer issues during the day which he explained slowed the service on my vehicle down. Zach told me in detail what services were completed on my vehicle even though he stayed late to get his work completed. He did all this with a smile and professionalism. Bill and Debbie you MUST keep this employee!! More
