Arrogant Service Manager Service under recall. Made an appointment after several reminders to get it fixed. Loaner not available but was offered shuttle service. On the day of Service under recall. On the day of appointment, first I was told that appointment is for the next day but will accommodate. Jessica did not change it to right date when I made appointment. I was informed that no shuttle service available today even though it was confirmed at the time of appointment. Loaner car also not available. I was asked to wait - may take two hours. I said what I am to do for this long during this Covid pandemic and I am diabetic/high BP patient. After some arguments I told the service manager to change the recalled part and I will wait- and curse everyone for this problem. On this I was told that service will not be done to my car and I should leave. I asked to give me a note that you will not perform the job and was refused. I asked to talk to manager and that was also refused. One service technician came and was yelling at me. At this point I decided to leave the dealership. I have owned two Nissan cars so far but looks like next one is going to be from a different manufacturer. More

Instead I got previous Rebate of $3,750. And the tax were applied to the Rebate too. That is the reason I changed my revew. More
Bad service is not in their vocab. So today I went in for an oil change and had them shuttle me to and from work. The only thing was there was a miscommunication and was left at work.. I called to check if they were on their way and they arranged someone to pick me up ASAP. Life happens, people aren’t perfect and sometimes things like this happen. It could’ve happened at any dealership. When I arrived they were busy but that didn’t stop them from greeting me and assuring me they’ll be with me shortly. After being held up for a while, Susana made up for everything by deciding to cover the charge. I didn’t have to pay😃 these things only happen at excellent dealerships like Nissan. Bad service is simply unacceptable to them! Bravo Nissan, bravo 👏. More

Since then, every time I've came to have it serviced I've had not I bought my Pontiac G6 as a used vehicle here at Bill Robertson Nissan back in 2014. Since then, every time I've came to have it serviced I've had nothing but great experiences! All of Nissan's employee's are great and genuinely nice employees, especially Zach Don. It's so clear that he goes above and beyond to give great service, regardless of what you need, simply because it is who he is. As a customer, knowing the service team has your back like Zach is priceless! More

When we left, we thought about being owners of a truck. Then we scheduled another car service, which took longer than the last visit. John recognized us, and let us know about the additional deals there are for the TITANS. After more inquiries, we continued to investigate what it would take to own a truck. We now own a 2018 Titan, and a vehicle we desire. Thank you! More

We took our 2011 Nissan Rogue in for a diagnostic check, found out it would need a new transmission and from speaking to Susana in service to Denis in We took our 2011 Nissan Rogue in for a diagnostic check, found out it would need a new transmission and from speaking to Susana in service to Denis in sales, we were taken care of like family to say the least! what we thought was a bad day, turned into a dream come true. We now have a 2018 Nissan Sentra(: we are just building our credit and to have none, Denis was able to get us a deal with affordable payments and into a brand new, reliable vehicle.
