I originally had a bad experience with Bill Ray Nissan with an oil change on a Versa S, where the service tech forgot to replace the oil cap. The manager corrected the issue and cleaned the engine. They are listening to my concerns and addressing them in an economical and logical manner. I've had a lot of bad luck with mechanics and service departments, but at this point, Bill Ray's service is well above average and improving rapidly. More
