It was our first visit to BillRay and we met Tony. Tony is awesome , he understood our concerns and tried to resolve most of them . We truly appreciate him . They do a good job with general maintenance. My complaint is that I made an appointment brought my truck in specifically for a recall item. They should have the part in stock or at least advise the customer at the time the appointment is booked. More

Terrible service department. They lost a piece to my car and I still have not gotten a call for the replacement. Very disappointing.
