My service rep, Juan, was easy going and nice to work with. I saw other techs acting over the top and pushy, but Juan was the opposite. I brought my car in for a recall and to have my check engine light evaluated. They stated it would be $195 to run diagnostic, but if I get any repairs that would go towards the cost. I got a text running through everything that came up with my car for the diagnostics and critical maintenance needed. I want to get a few things done, but the fine print was the $195 would only apply to what the original concern was and not any critical maintenance service options. Would have been nice to have this clearly explained. Left paying $223 for a receipt. More
They replaced the transmission, and 4 days later the car had the same problem - it wouldn't go when we pressed the accelerator. They had it for 3 weeks, drove it 50 miles, never found a problem.
