I had a horrible experience at this dealership and received absolutely no communication back when I’ve called to rectify the situation. I brought my vehicle in a couple of weeks ago, and in the inspec received absolutely no communication back when I’ve called to rectify the situation. I brought my vehicle in a couple of weeks ago, and in the inspection the advisor Robert Simmons, told me I would need new break pads immediately, I mentioned to him that there was an offer on their website for break pads to be replaced at a cheaper price than what he had told me, and he mentioned that as long as I bring it in, they will honor it. After they had completed all the work and I came back in to show him the offer from their own website and he just kept repeating it’s not valid as the offer said “replace break pad and resurface rotors” while they replaced the break pad and replaced rotors. Well trying to mention that I wouldn’t have agreed to having the work done if they had mentioned that and that I felt it was shady behavior the advisor just kept repeating to me constantly that “I need to read”. I felt that this was rude and unacceptable for a service advisor. A day later I also noticed the metal trim on my car door had been taken off during the service. I called that day and left a message with my service advisor (who was not working that day) and another service manager who was apparently in but I guess missed my call. I heard back from neither of them. Two weeks later I called the service manager, Richard Morris, and left a voicemail. I have still not been reached out too. This is the last time I go to this dealership. More

Everyone I dealt with is professional, attentive, and informative. My interactions were with Robert in Service, Darren in the body shop and Robert who explained Sunbit. I was able to get my car serviced and and estimate for bodywork. I had received an email about Sunbit so I set up my body repair with Sunbit for three months of payments, no interest. Very smooth process. I love this dealership. More
