June 27, 2024 Vincent Clark “Collision Manager” was eager with a happy voice with a smile greeted my Husband and I “Max and Doreena Mouser” for a collision estimate for my 2021 Nissan Altima. Vincent Clark wrote our estimate and we scheduled to drop off our vehicle on July 08, 2024 at 8:15am. Vincent Clark gave me the information to call enterprise to arrange a rental during my vehicle repairs. I called enterprise and schedule a rental to start on July 08, 2024. On July 08, 2024 dropping off my vehicle in the collision department Vincent Clark was eager to greet me again with a smile and happy voice. Vincent Clark called enterprise to advise them I had arrived to be shuttle to pick up from Bill Ray Nissan collision department for my rental vehicle at enterprise. July 11, 2024 at 4:00pm Richie at the desk was eager to greet my Husband & I with a smile and happy voice. Richie at the desk in the collusion department was eager to greet my Husband & I with a smile and happy voice, we advised Richie we are picking up my vehicle from Vincent Clark. Vincent Clark was eager to greet my Husband and I with a smile and happy voice. Vincent Clark went over the body work done and everything was 💯 percent. Richie at the desk in the collision department was happy to take me over to the cashier to pay for my vehicle repairs.
