Upon arriving, everyone had something to do and it did not include greeting me. I was left in my car for a good 5 minutes, until a young man came and asked me to pull up; after that I was left again to wo not include greeting me. I was left in my car for a good 5 minutes, until a young man came and asked me to pull up; after that I was left again to wonder "what is next" 3-4 minutes went by and finally greeted by Robert. If the process is to remain in your vehicles until someone greets and direct you to the next phase - that was poorly executed. A person should never have to sit in their vehicle for 8-10 minutes waiting for direction and most importantly be greeted. More

First, they couldn’t give me status updates about my car. . . Couldn’t find it in the system. Then, when I picked up my car, they had lost my key lanyard. It had been removed from my car and put in another c . . Couldn’t find it in the system. Then, when I picked up my car, they had lost my key lanyard. It had been removed from my car and put in another car they were working on. Took an hour to locate my keys and I only received an “I’m sorry”. My confidence here used to be high but has absolutely plummeted after this recent experience. I’ll take my Nissan elsewhere going forward More
