Arrived at 730 wasn’t til 925am that I asked for status of my vehicle that it was braught back into the shop….. not even 15 mins later it was diagnosed. Robert was the rudest and most awful service advisor that I've ever had at Nissan. The car had an oil leak and was leaking oil profusely and he still released it knowing all of this. He argued with me and ca I've ever had at Nissan. The car had an oil leak and was leaking oil profusely and he still released it knowing all of this. He argued with me and called me and my mom a liar stating that "We rushed him so he didn't have enough time to look at the car the frist time it was brought in". This is a false claim and he needs a lot of customer service training. He is not customer centric and he had a lot of attitudes towards me and I feel like I was being mistreated. He even had the nerve to say " I don't know what's wrong with your mother". He does not have any respect for his clients. I've always had good experiences at Bill Ray but this by far was the worst. DO NOT PUT HIM AS MY SERVICE ADVISOR EVER AGAIN!. More
